Wendler Calculator

This is a simple app to do on the fly calculations for Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 program. The app is simple and easy to use, just like the program. The three main features are:
1) Calculate your 1 rep max using Jim Wendler's formula.2) Get the weights needed for your worksets quickly and easily.3) Find out how many reps you need to do at a given weight to achieve a theoretical 1RM.

It's small, easy to use and won't slow you down in the gym. Great for coaches who are constantly being asked in the gym to calculate 1 rep maxes and what weight their athletes are supposed to use.

I don't use it as 5,3,1. I use this to find out proper weight for downsets. I type in 1RM and look for a weight I should get for 5 reps then the same for 8. Great!

It would be great to store values, nice if it could round to the nearest 5, but whatever. Apps great. Gimme a donate button!

Easy to use, quick and simple! Maybe add boring but big or other assistance for completeness but for after app it's superb!

After the first cycle, users should be able to enter their training 1RM and have the app compute working weights without deducting 10%.

Fantastic! There's no way to calculate for subsequent cycles. I'd like to be able to enter my number into the 90% space for the following months
