I have been having difficulty with my subscription renewal. More so, the reward system is very poor. 40% of the time, one does get rewarded for checking in. Otherwise, the app is easy to use

No free SMS receive. Not free to receive verification code SMS because you need to pay $2.50 per month for telephone no. in order to receive any SMS. Dirty liar! Don't waste my time! Uninstall app! 😠

Consistently choppy & terrible audio, regardless of wifi strength or provider. Has dropped important calls on multiple occasions.

I have recharged about 200 usd for calling Uk number. Now uk number call totally off. 1st time they you show you that you can call to number in low cost. At a time they will stop call. now i have about 150 usd plus in my account. their business not in honesty. I mail to support many times. they said it gona fix it in 48 days, but its been 5 days pass. their 48 days has not finished yet.

They've not been consistent and stable all these while. They no longer provide the services they claim to offer. It always say "There's no phone number for now" The system is poor doesn't work at all

Honestly i've been a user for more than 7years. never had problems. i only top up small amounts. 5 to 10 usd maximum. Now that i can pay with crypto is even better :)

it crashes on samsung S6, and new S10plus. i tried it for few weeks and found it ok. Recently I paid some money to buy credits and then the app crashes every time. I feel it works well as long as you try. Once you pay for it, it starts crashing. I reported it more than a month ago about crashing on S6, so far no response.

I wish I could give zero ⭐ I bought some credit worth $20 yesterday after a long time and I've not been able to buy new numbers.. don't pay if you're trying to pay.. not sure they are functioning. I'll edit my review if this issue is fixed

Doesn't accept any payment method. Google payment doesn't work (never worked, becsaue you cannot verify it, no support to get help from Google regarding this. PayPal payment method doesn't work. Nothing works.

I have been using this app for months now. Was working very good but its been hanging or crashing for the past 1 month. My data signal strength way beyond good and runs on 4g. Yet it hangs on connection then just crashes. Fix it if you don't want to keep loosing customers. The administrators aren't responsive either.

Not a best app troubling in inviting and problem in calling only work call back it takes a lot of credits and there is hard to earn credits by watching ad there should be 100 credits limit for watching an ad🤔😫😣😟🙁😩😫😫😫😔😐🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨😕😞😓😞😞😞😞😞😞😞☹️😵😩😫

Great app! The interface is very similar (almost the same) as PingMe app. I presume both are under same company. Call quality is between okay and good. My only issue is with consistency. Sometimes, I missed the call. And I don't know why permission to access storage is needed. Otherwise, it's a nice app. Note: Use code GYGMKOY to get some free credits.

The app is good, but has somes issues with verifications. Its sometimes not seen as real phone numbers. Second, the reward system is unreliable. You watch ads but don't get the reward

Works perfectly well. I use it when I have poor regular mobile reception but good wifi .

with your latest update I can't open the app. still cannot open the app with update from December 22, 2018. two updates in a row cannot open app. you didn't fix this bug!!!!!! this app is totally broken. latest update, Jan 7, 2019, app still closing on me. worked the first time I opened it, never again. needs a thorough looking into.

For quite a long time it worked pretty well and there were no ads at all. With the latest version there are all kind of anomalies. I am not looking to make free calls or send free messages. Just better rates than what the phone company offers. It can't find my contacts by name if I want to send a PAID message . Why? They claim ZERO ads in their FAQs. All kinds of stupid ads are popping up. Why? From a real good 4.5 star app it has degenerated to a ZERO star one. Unfortunately 1 is the minimum I have to grant for my opinion to be listed.

I'm so fed up of this app! After a recent update it became so confusing and especially all my credit was gone. Many people complained about this on the reviews. Another problem is that after a call I cannot hungup, the button doesn't work and it keeps charging me. Calls are actually very expensive when compared with yolla.

The app is acting weird with recent updates. Call quality has degraded. Once I make a call, the disconnect button freezes. I will be unable to disconnect the call and the call keeps continuing in background even if i force close the app. Really bad to see no action taken to retain paid customers

UPDATE...I got a really quick response from the help desk and my issue was resolved in record time !! Gotta say this is a great app, I love using it ! love this app, but as of today when I open it I get a banner that covers the whole screen telling me about buying another phone number. I cannot make it go away to get to the call screen.... HELP !!!

I'm so damn sick and tired of constantly running out of minutes on the middle of A call. I watch videos 2 get more minutes, but after A while, I try 2 watch more videos and I get A message saying, video is not ready, when the damn thing says watch.

I like staying in touch with friends in the US but untill i found wephone the communication was all one sided now with a local number they can call me anytime thanks wephone

total fraud.. gives u real sim card phone numbers used by ppl and when u register whatsapp on them u take away their whatsapp n then in next minute they restore their whatsapp n u hv nothing but lost money! i have chcked numbers they hv provided ,added them in contacts registered on WhatsApp n i talked to owners they had a genuine sim card.. ! fraud

Over $50 of missing credit. I subscribe to the service several years ago and then decided to add $50 on to my account so that I could make calls. The next time I logged on my account credit was zero! I contacted customer service and attached the PayPal receipt, but after several emails they deny any responsibility. Please just use a reputable VOIP like Google voice!

Good application. initially they give a amount that you can call about one minute. easy to recharge with Google Play credit, you can also collect free credit from Google rewards(survey). Sometime crashed.

Worst apps ! No answer by call receiver Too much bad sound coming and balance also deducted.

It was all good upto now a Great n wonderful app. But right from 6hrs straight. When I was dailing its saying that "your account is being used. Sorry!!". Then after the call was going disconnected. Please resolve this I have $1 more still in my balance. Please hear me ASAP!! Thankyou.

I was having some problems with this app, due to which I had to uninstall and reinstall it. Through this app, When I was contacting my friends they were seeing other numbers instead of me. While I did not choose the unknown number option.

Great app for making a phonecall without extra charge in your bill, if you got data points in it. Or you can get free points by watching Ads within the app.
