They don't give us the choice of transporter and I ended up with $37 worth of custom for $29 of merch. They already made me pay $33 of shipping fees. The customer service answer is evasive without exact explanations. I really don't recommend you to buy from them. Another problem is that it's 1 shop= 1 order. So if I purchase from different artists, I have to pay shipping for each of them. If I'm not wrong, there is even a difference between albums and merch so double it up.

Ordered 3 items and was missing one. I asked them to send me the missing item but they asked for weeks for different combinations of essentially the same evidence of the box, the items I received, the wrong item they sent. They finally refunded me but they with the store credit I used even though I bought more than 80% of it with my card, and they refused to send me refund the way I want it. They're practically stealing my money especially with how shipping is $30, the store credit is useless.

still unable to figure out shipping to UK, costs of delivery to EEA are outrageous and products aren't cheap either. grouping orders isn't allowed (unless it's from the same line but you still have to pay a hefty extra for each product you add) bought a membership few years back and the mess (+fees) with customs was awful. later I took option without the box only to get no benefits whatsoever plus many products become unavailable minutes after release because the stock never matches demand

It's an amazing and and easy to use app. I was really worried about purchasing and I couldn't pay for the product at first, but the issue was resolved and I successfully paid and received my order. I ordered to Poland and it came in less than two week in a perfect condition. Totally, satisfied :)

I really like the app. I wanted to shop global tho but the payment methods available were too expensive, and it would be helpful if you could add Visa and PayPal to the global paying methods maybe. I would make things easier and not even more expensive. Paypal and Visa are also world wide used so it may make it better for many more people. Overall tho I really like the app. Please consider this.🙂I am only able to shop global as I do not live in america or japan or korea

This app is the worst, you are playing with people's money! I ordered the new BTS album but guess what?! They charged it to my card but this app says I haven't ordered anything, but if I want to "cancel the order" or get my money back; I need an "order number" which I don't have because the app keeps saying I didn't buy anything ("you have no orders") I'm so frustrated and so sad, my 120€ went to the trash

Please start delivering to Asain countries like India as well. Also include a search option weverse. Shopping is very difficult while using the app is easy.also include more payment options. Restock the items if they are sold out. Not happy with the app.

This is where my wallet goes to die. The app is very difficult to use. My biggest problem is that many items that I purchased months ago still haven't arrived, and it can sometimes be difficult to communicate with customer support. For this reason, I have chosen not to renew my Merch Pack Membership, and opt for basic membership instead. Also, there's no plus sized clothing available even though a large percentage of fans are over a size 16.

Layout is good and is easy to navigate however my payments keep getting cancelled and I'm being automatically logged out of my a/c everytime I close the tab... Besides merchandise shipping costs are too much for fans who r students and trying to save up for later merch

Honestly don't know why I keep buying. I've used weverse shop many times since it first opened. At first everything was smooth and ran great and then things started changing for the worst. US got screwed over when it came to preorder benefits and now it takes a century for them to ship stuff to the US. I'm growing more and more frustrated... Recently it is taking a month or more for y'all to ship out items. Don't have us preorder for groups like SVT when you can't even fulfill the orders on time

I was about to buy from the store but the only pay method is PayPal, i don't know if the problem is from the app or the sellers, but i'd like to suggest to you to add more global pay methods such as Visa/MasterCard it would make the process easier and bring you more customers.

There's just too many stocks sold out already, if it was from a few years ago then I wouldn't complain but only a few months and the items are all sold out. It would be nice if you guys add more currency like Euro €, vnđ and more.

I wanted to buy the mikrokosmos mood lamp and now it's sold out. Please restock soon. And also the shipping is so expensive and most of the time the product's price is lower than the shipping price.

You can try to purchase but it cancels your purchase less than an hour later. So annoying. You actually get something and then it cancels you after you went through the insanity of trying to be first to buy before it's sold out. It even cancels purchases that aren't sold out. Makes no sense.

I would have liked this app but the problem is that it can't be shipped (the items) to other countries It's only available for usa Korea and Japan Like now that kpop has became really famous worldwide and it has became more known to people but why is it (the items) still only available for usa, Korea and Japan why not the other countries. There are also a lot of kpop fans around the world not only In like Korea Japan and USA also in other countries there are a lot of people who want to buy items

Great app. But the response time is a little bit off. I have to refresh it a few times. A little bit glitchy when making a Customer Care query.

I would've give 5 stars however there is no UK's currency. It will be better if you improve this app more and also add other country's currency as well.☺

It's great for people living in the us and South Korea. But if they could add the European currency (euros) and Pounds I'd be able to buy of the app directly not through 3rd party sellers

Omg, I just read so many bad reviews! I should've read these before buying something off weverse! I literally just pre-ordered the new BTS album to Australia, it didn't say anything about not shipping here, but now I have the internet telling me it won't ship to Australia! I'm really worried, did I just get ripped off? That thing was $200! They haven't told me anything! I'm well aware that it will probably take ages to get here but I didn't know that it might not ship here at all! What do I do?

i never buy anything from this app, bcs i need to wait to my card finished and scan it. but mine is using Rp there is none in this app, just USD, yen, and won :(( i hope they add more coin

If you order anything be prepared to wait up to a year before it even ships. All the while you continue to see orders being taken and pre-order events where they continue to take money in without getting the product out. If you contact customer service, be prepared for them to dismiss you and never provide any good information. This app absolutely exploits the dedication of fans. It's really very sad that these groups are associated with the most horrendous fan club set up. Absolutely shamless.

Long story short... I was having an issue and I really needed help. Sent a question to customer service over 2 weeks ago (with photos to help), I still haven't heard from you! Disappointed and done. UNINSTALLED!!

Worst app. Purchased membership but it never showed up so couldn't get tickets to LV show. No way to contact Customer Support.

It's been far too long since you last shipped to the UK. Call yourself global? Stop using covid as an excuse - other places in Korea are shipping to the UK just fine. Get your act together already. We are all missing out, and I am running out of patience.

I would've given a 5 but the reason is that weverse shop does not ship to many countries and buying from the third party it gets pretty costly...so plss try to add more countries.

Awful customer service! Items are not held in your cart while your payment processes & usually end up selling out before you get back from PayPal. The app is glitchy & has no security features to stop bots. Shipping takes forever & good luck getting updates on your order (merch box orders were delayed 9 months before they gave an estimated ship date) if you actually get an order items are often missing or damaged. Notifications rarely work! restocks are rare & sold out before notifications

Please start delivering to India..have been waiting to purchase the products but its always a disappointment 😞 that the delivery is not available in India..
