This is my most infuriating app, sometimes will not open, sometimes had loading sign for extended periods without actually opening. Hasn't worked the past several times I've (tried to) open it. It doesn't always work, I've been using it for years and this is the longest period it hasn't worked at all. Though it has been inconsistent the entire time I've used it (several years). 2 stars because when it works it is functional. Jan 2021 Lowered to one star because app is inaccessible.

Seriously considering switching banks because of this app anymore! It seems every time I need it to work to quickly check my balance or transfer funds, it won't open...keeps loading and then says there is an error and "retry" does nothing. Works great when I get it to open, but it gets fewer and farther between anymore. As a bank, in my opinion, this is unacceptable. Very frustrating!

The app is great most of the time. Has some flaws and doesnt always want to open or do what your asking of it. Usually those issues get resolved quickly. Overall I've had a pleasant experience with it, one complaint is that it will tell me I have $38 in checking on the overview but once I click on the expanded ledger it will show far more or less than that on the top transaction. Almost as tho the app isn't quite sure how much money is in the account.

So the app does what it needs to do, however it could look better. Sometimes the app does not fit to screen right and my available balance will only be about half there. It really just needs someone who works on it to look at it and just make some improvements. Overall it is a wonderful app to have and I find it very easy to use and navigate. It's just some cosmetic changes. Clean it up a bit.

The app has always been buggy for me and breaking for what I assume are "fixes" late at night. At this time the app is completely unusable as I cannot login or even have the screen to login. Since I don't spend much time at home to check the desktop site, this makes things very frustrating when I just want to check the balance with ease. Still unable to log in by the end of December.

Awful. Have been having issues with app over a month straight. Loads to a blank screen. Uninstalling and reinstalling app fixes for a load or two, if that, then back to blank screen. Hearing from a lot of friends that same issue is happening. Samsung Note 8. If this cant eventually get resolved I will be pulling my accounts. I cant deal with a bank that cant get their app to work in these times.

An issues I have come by more than once is the issue that it will not show my current total amount in an account. It instead will show the total for hours or even days before the present amount. It is infuriating when counting on an app that literally tells me how I'm living the next two weeks. Otherwise it isn't a bad app at all. When it works, it works well.

What happened? Used for years no problem, now for the last few weeks have had to uninstall and then install it over and over again just to use. Will work when it wants. I have tried all the tricks, hard reboot, clear cache, checked internet connection (and speed). Figured it was on wesbanco and it being buggy and they would fix it within a week or so. Nope.

App is terrible. I have to continually uninstall then reinstall the app multiple times a week just so I can see my accounts. Majority of the time the login screen is just blank. There are some major bugs that need to be fixed in the app. I suggest looking in to BNZ's bank app. Yes, it is a bank in New Zeland, but their app is very easy to use and straight forward.

When I open the app and log in, it shows a white screen with a cancel or accept button at the top. It doesn't show what I'm accepting so I'm not going to just agree to whatever it is they're hiding behind a white screen. Not sure if it's a broken new app update or new TOS agreement. Regardless, I'd like to access my bank account and it needs fixed.

buggy and not intuitive. Makes attaching another account with the same bank overly time consuming. i had to use the website to attach it instead of the app. To change my password i had to go to a physical bank. Mobile banking is where your company is headed. Get it cleaned up or lose customers. Update 12/28: Second time the app has failed to load. Wouldn't be an issue if you could do the same functions in on the banks website. You can not. Get with the times.

Very convenient and reliable banking app. Sign in process is secure and session times out if you forget to log out after so long. My favorite feature is the mobile deposit; never experienced issues with it, more convenient than going to the bank as deposits can be submitted 24 hours. During business hours, mobile deposits usually drop the same day, sometimes within the hour. Email notifications are sent to update you on the status of mobile deposits. An all around fantastic app.

Didn't use to have this probably until in the last month but now the app keeps loading to a blank screen when I try to log in!! Not sure what the issue is but I hope they get it fixed asap. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app, plus restarted my phone hoping it would correct it but regardless it does not! Grr!

Terrible! Upgraded my tablet and couldn't even bring the app up in the play store. When I got it to come up it said this app is not optimized for your device. I have it on my Galaxy s9plus and it works great. I use the mobile check deposit all the time. Now after what happened on my tablet I'm afraid to upgrade my phone as I may lose the app altogether. Wesbanco really needs to keep with the technology

I have written several emails about this app all of a sudden not loading the log in options when you go to open it. No replies. It was working fine for over a year and now it just stopped. I have updated, uninstalled and reinstalled and it just doesn't load the log in options. It was glitching for several weeks before it quit loading entirely. The contact info at screen bottom doesn't load either.

only stays open for about 2 minutes before the message that says if you'd like to keep open press yes but it won't stay open even if you do. really annoying when it closes no matter what after only 2 minutes, otherwise it's a great app. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work. The app is just messed up.

I used to be able to log in, but for over a month, the sign on button doesn't even work. I can check balances on the website but I can't mobile deposit checks. Hopefully this will be fixed in an update VERY SOON!!! It's to the point that I'm honestly considering switching banks. Epic fail! 😡

Its an app for a banking service. By design it should be unflawed and always work. Banking is a serious sometimes even life threatening issue and people often require immediate acess to financial information. This app crashes. Alot. Often times refusing to even start giving you an error message: "The data network is busy or unavailable. Please try again or come back later." This is absolutely unacceptable and inexcusable. Especially when this error lasts for hours on end. Sometimes even days.

I haven't been able to get set up on this new app. The old one worked great for what it was. It allowed me to start the set up process but then booted me. Now I just get an error message every time I click on the app. I would just close my account and go somewhere else if I didn't have a mortgage with them. This app is awful.

Its even worse now! It isn't showing updated balance information or transactions! . EDIT: It has started this Lang.error message now for about a month. I have to reinstall the app everytime this happens. It also hasnt been updating my acct. Leaving past transactions out of my list until I close and open the app again

It seems like every other day the app has issues with getting me logged in... literally every other day. then sometimes when you get logged in it only shows your total and not recent activity. pretty terrible banking app imo.. Update... months later.. still can barely pull up the main page. Even then atleast half the time the balance isn't updated and doesn't show my activity for about half an hour. Never had such a bad app experience before. I assume anyone that gave it 3 or more just got it.

The new (updated) version has issues with finger print login even after turning it off and back on it just doesn't seem to work on my Android phone the previous version did work. The user profile or correct password.will not display correctly, causing me to have to key it in each time.

Constant issues with reliability, especially late at night and on weekends. Actually changed to another bank(after almost 40 years!)because of this, thankfully now, not one issue with the new bank and app. Thank You? BTW, the optional questions had no bearing on my decision to leave.

Would have given it 5 stars, but I've had a message popping up lately that it has "stopped working" and says to close app or report. I've reported it, but it is still doing it. Getting pretty aggravating....even pops up when I'm in the middle of doing other things and not even on the app.
