Was having problems with app. App would not open, and would give me a connection error. Well today I canceled my service with Straight Talk and went to Mint Mobile and the problem went away. Thank you Wescom for all your help getting this solved. Love the Wescom app.

Wescom app is just as bad as their other services. It's always on a never-ending loop and never stops showing repeated transaction updates. Just as bad as their Visa credit card. No transaction protection. Whether what you purchased with their Visa card works or not, it's your to live with it. I can not wait to close my accounts with this horrible Credit Union.

SLOW!!! Worst app ever! Want to make a quick transfer? Nope, not going to happen. Quickly check balances? Nope, not that either. This is by far the slowest app EVER. It often takes several minutes to log in, and then maneuvering within the app is painfully slow too. Error messages are often, and all the security updates can lock you out. They say they want to help, but don't bother calling in as they ask, their IT people are no help at all. Our other banks' apps are 100% better!

This update is a step back from the previous version. I am forced to authenticate more than once everytime I try to open a session, with a pop up in between attempts to authenticate, saying my session has timed out. I appreciate that the developers made the fonts bigger. Suggest to add functionality for users to pinch to zoom in or zoom out in the transaction screen so users can control font size, and what on-lookers can see from a close proximity.

Recent updates are a downgrade I used to love this app. But since the most recent upgrades the snap deposit feature isn't working properly. I get error messages even though the check images are clear. The upload times take forever and then I'll get a message that it didn't work. Response and load time overall seems slower than it used to and it now crashes a lot. Not really sure what was upgraded, but what used to work doesn't anymore.

This app has worked fine for me so far, but recently it no longer lets me send money via Zelle. Whenever I try, it asks me to confirm the details, then a blank white box appears with an "OK" button, and when I press it, it goes back to the main menu. I've been using the Zelle function for almost a year with no hiccups. No clue why it's stopped working now.

I see I'm not the only one disappointed with this new upgrade. I've been forced to go directly to the internet to complete different transactions from transfering funds, to a simple bill payment. I've considered uninstalling the app. I love Wescom and would bank with any other, but this app is on my nerves. I waiting almost 10 minutes for a code just to pay my bill.

This app used to work great. The last month I have had to uninstall and reinstall it at least once a week because I can no longer login. Either the fingerprint reader stops working or it doesn't recognize my password. It is so frustrating! I have been thinking about changing credit unions recently, this is definitely helping me make my decision.

It's great. Except at the setup when you have to figure out which part of your checking account number is actually your "account number." They lop off several digits. I would advise making a phone call to get your account number that it recognizes. Other than that, this is a great online banking app. The makeover is also very good. I like the quick peek so you needn't log in before paying a bill. Nice. UPDATE: Thanks for the phone call. Five stars now! 🙂

This app is TERRIBLE! UPDATE: It's poorly maintained. I cannot log in. 6-28-20.... app is not functioning. Once again, poor app maintenance. I open the app, and it stops on a photo of a lake. ZERO, NO STARS. Update, 4-8-21, today the app is failing, again. It freezes on the opening screen, and nothing happens. Update...9-11-21 Once again, app freezes on starting picture of a lake, and nothing else happens. Same failing experience as I recently had at their branch.

It worked well up until recently. lately it gives me a "connection error" message when I open the app and uninstalling/reinstalling seems like the only way to make it useable again. since my company only issues paper checks, this is highly inconvenient. Edited to add that Wescom contacted me and is working with me to resolve the issue. sofar, a reinstall has it working normally. I feel that my phone may be causing the app to break when the phone restarts following an uncommanded shutdown.

The app keeps closing out. I've Then using this app for a few years. All of a sudden and started saying I had a network error. I Deleted the app and reloaded it and now it says I can't log on because of a network error. It's the only app on my phone that doesn't work. Every other app on my phone works. Please help

I've used it with no issues for years. Saturday issues started with my log in credentials not being excepted. I called to try to reset it and it's freezing on the tech when we get to the confirm part. I have 2 bills late and my next needs to be scheduled by Friday or it will be late as well. Who is going to pay my late fees and why would you even change the log in requirements without putting a link to change it instead of locking us all out so we have to reset it like as if we forgot it.

Terrible app! I can't even log in anymore without having to call customer service. I Couldn't make transfers, or deposit checks. I'm a new member with Wescom and I'm very disappointed with the app. I tried Uninstalling and Re-installing, checked for updates. This app simply does not function. I will need to call the branch to make transactions or go to the branch to deposit checks. If you're looking for the convenience that a well functioning app gives look elsewhere.

App is slow. Has been for years. Takes 5 min to load ALWAYS. Developers' "solution" is to have you uninstall and reinstall the app. This does not work. Developers called me to "help" with my ongoing years long issues with the app, and they asked that the next time I have issues, to email them directly. So I did. I emailed them 2 weeks ago and they blew me off. I guess by email them directly, they meant "hide your complaints from the app store where everybody can see them." They don't care.

It was fine at first. Doesn't let me do anything with Zelle but that doesn't bother me as much, it recently just stopped giving me the option for snap deposit. I called wescom to see if they disabled it or something they said it all looked good on their end and to uninstall and reinstall the app, I did so but the problem is still there. That's my only issue with the app.

I do not have any issues with this app. I use this app on a daily. Wescom has always been a great company and always treats members with great servic. I did have to call recently about the Zelle feature, but I think that was more of trying to understand how it works and why there was limited amounts you can transfer with Zelle. At the end if the day I am completely comfortable with the security measures.

I've used the app for some time now. Normally it works well. I'm not sure when it happened but now -Express View- does not accurately update when I make purchases. I have to completely log in to see my accurate, up to date, account balance.

When the ap was working it was great; however, I am not able to get on it anymore. It keeps telling me " A connection network error has occured- SSLHandshakeConnection" ??? I have no idea what the problem is, but I am no longer able to use the ap. I deleted it and reistalled it, and it still gives me the same error, so sadly Im going to have to delete the ap again. I'll probably close my account of 30 years because Mobile banking is important to us since we live too far from a branch.

Unreliable. I've been using this app for years but recent updates makes it so the apo doesn't load, or takes forever to load, i get error messages, and recently my ability to log in with my fingerprint isnt an option anymore.

I have been a Wescom member for 40+ years. I like the institution but their app is below par and a poor reflection on them. Available balances in Express View are never correct. Snap deposits often do not appear till the next day. I thought the problems would be temporary, however, it's been a long time now. This isn't acceptable for a bank!

Couldn't log in to the app. When I click the login button, it keeps going back to the express view. So I had to use the website which doesn't have the same defaults as the app. As a result, I was charged a $30 bounce fee.

This was a great app but now since a few recent updates app crashes errors occurs constanly had to uninstall and reinstall the app but just before uninstall the app i did clear memory etc phone itself is working normally. Wescom please fix errors and crashes. If fix i would use it more and be a happy camper again. Please fix app.
