if you want to simulate electronic circuits with a free graphical interface look on a PC for 5spice. A free demo that works. Or LTspice. Why mess about with this?
Very hard than the pc version it's hard to understand how to put a component on the schematic editor there is no option for it , blank symbol in the schematic
Well done app. Go and learn about SPICE before you install this. Otherwise don't even bother. Not for kids!
Over complex. Difficult to figure out, waste of time.
A good effort , not easy to use on phone or tablet . A good simulator tool will provide Bias, current, voltage, VDS, Vgs,,ID and region , implemented it , pull a windows version in A/D verilog(a) you will go ..ahead , if wish I can suggest more .. goodluck
I agree with a goodle user, very complicated it takes forever to place a part and it's hard to even read what part you are selecting... Terrible app for beginners
This app is more of a tutorial on learning a variant of C than it is a circuit simulator, and the developers make that very clear when they refer to components (diodes, etc) as "instances." To further my assertion, the 'users manual' (lindentree webpage) is over 600 pages of script learning and software programming, but the actual 'manual' to use this app is an inept five or so paragraphs of incomplete suggestions in the 'Help' section of the app, and even then the devs couldn't resist the temptation to liberally sprinkle software programming jargon throughout. As I write this, I still haven't been able to place more than one component on a fresh schematic. This is because while the devs succeed in tutoring me in an obscure computer language, they utterly fail at showing us the very basics like part placement; or if they did show us, it's at least a five-step process. To this day I still don't know how many steps it takes to get a resistor and a cap on the schematic...
Like it so much that I'd buy it....which I will soon! :)
Very bad app
OK I have bought pro version since review there are promising. After fiddle a while I can say this is the only SPICE app running on android with comparable power as Ltspice. You can see its power here only with bandgap sample circuit which is tailored to show full analysis strength. Do not waste time on other samples they are crippled.
So far it's 100% stable and fast too. An exceptionally well thought out interface makes it easy and intuitive to use. Overall it's one of the finest bits of software I've used in a long time. I'm off to buy the full version...
I have tried this on three tablets with both V4.0.4 and V4.1.1 and the demos will not run. The beginning sch screen says band gap will run. It does not. It shows error 21. After searching help, this error is simulator crashed. Beginning screen says you can try your own circuits- you cannot. You get must buy app to do this. In short, demo is non-functional and does not support the claimed operation. At least every circuit and Droid Tesla will run. No way I'm paying $16 for something whose own demo fails. Don't understand how the very few reviews for the paid version can be positive.
The main cocept of this app is very nice. You have used the NGSPICE Engine here. But there is a little problem. The plotting won't work on the main graph plotter on app. It still requires some extra features. And postscript files generated here won't show a graph either. Fix this please.
If you are not familiarized with spice program, it is hard to use this app. It could be more friendly app, specially when you compare the price with other friendly similar full feature app on google play.
I installed and uninstalled a few seconds later. It doesn't deserve even a single star.
This is one of the top best electronic circuit simulators I've ever used on phone for the last five years, and I love the simple programming and the beauty of the sim diagrams. The only drawback is the ability to access the operating point sketches because you have to buy and its expensive. But, hoping for the best, and much thanks to you team, Goodbye....
