West Bengal Paribesh App (WBPCB)

Added a complaint, neither it is there in the complaints section nor getting an email. Even no reference number given Who knows even it registered anything or not. If this is expected then add the feature If not expected fix the bug If it's intentional, bring down the app as Secondly, there is no option upload more than 1 photo or video, most of the videos are much more convincing.

App crashed the entire phone and even after submitting complaints does not show in my complaint. The app repeatedly keeps on crashing. Unable to use at all!!! Please keep a web form instead of an app.

As of now, the app is working well 👌. The app is nicely made and have some good features. You can apply for Paribesh Sathi (Volunteer) through this app. Also the app enables you to donate , gift and adopt trees 🌳. You can also submit complaints/feedbacks. However I would request the developer to check the app regularly and provide necessary updates because for certain features the app is getting slow sometimes.

Even after updating the app, it doesn't seem to work. What's the reason for keeping the "Submit Complaint" option in this app when we can't even report any issues? Truly frustrating!!

Nothing works. Unable to register or even log in as a guest. Kindly make sure that the release build is working before you upload apps on the live playstore. Or get a better developer.

Horrible aple not able to register or login as guest user. If we click on privacy policy the page display error. Do some check before you release the app.

Nothing works. Cannot add a complaint. Cannot reach the Support numbers. Really frustrating.

Submit button doesn't work. Your Helpline number doesn't work. Your app doesn't work. How people will file complain???Government is cheating with people

Wonderful App developed and other states should also try to develop such useful and user friendly App for healthy environment

As AQI is not showing for any location..is it really showing us or it takes time to pop up...plz reply

Tried to lodge complaint against fire crackers. But alas, error on submit. What's the purpose of this app then if complaint can't be lodged.

I wrote a complaint on feedback page,but it was unable to submit.Submit button is not working.

Not able to register or use it as guest user. Why upload an app without even testing? It such a shame that government is making such app. Edit: Why it not allowing us to upload a complain in the app?

App doesn't allow photo upload . It has a bug

Highly disappointed by the service complained again and again, no action was taken in my area, in fact there is still illegal bursting of firecrackers in my area.

What more can we expect from our cute and sweet Govt officers. Not able to submit complaint.

Very good initiative by West Bengal Pollution Control Board, will definitely help them to go forward with this new systematic way.

An app which doesnot respond to the complaints raised and act appropriately to resolve the issue , we cannot expect them to make kolkata pollution free if they create such an useless app and seldomely take any appropriate action.
