West bengal tourism has done a fantastic job over the years. Among the varied personal experiences, Malda TL is perhaps one of their establishments that exudes old world charm, with the best of facilities. Not to be missed!
Third class experience. Developers don't have any idea about app development. It crashes every time, takes very long time to open. Total waste of public money.
Did a booking in Nov 2021 for a trip next week. Booking section is showing "No records found". Earlier it used to show.
All the properties of WBTDCL are really wonderful. .Well-maintained properties with excellent service..I have visited most of the properties of WBTDCL..All the employees are well behaved and ready to help the tourists anytime.
This is a very good initiative taken by the Department of Tourism, Government of West Bengal, I booked Mrittika Properties easily, now I suggest you provide options for booking of all Govt. properties across West Bengal through tourism apps.
Why wasting money to create this app when you are not even committed. No one even bothered to check if Lodge booking is possible from this app. If you want to boost tourism please create premium quality light weight app first.
This app is made with too much old technology. This process is too much old. Try to develop this app more good quality pictures.
Very very poor app. It doesn't work at all. You cannot keep the app open for 10 secs. It goes off.. This kind of app will have negative publicity towards Bengal Tourism.

Fantastic effort and presentation from tourism department of Govt. Of West Bengal on World Tourism Day. All bugs fixed and everything about Bengal is presented beautifully. Just add a list of special Durga Pujas of Kolkata and Districts. Rest everything is fine 🙂🙏.
Please add some photos of inside/around homestays, it will be very helpful in selection of homestays
There was no online package details or booking option. I think if there is district wise some nice packages with cost, it would have been more convenient and the application would have been more attractive.
