The app doesn't work as smoothly as most banking apps. Transfers from outside banking apps take days.

WCCU Mobile app is a good way to check account balances without having to use an ATM that is out of the network. I use it all time. To schedule bill paying with the "pay my bill" feature. I can schedule weekly transfers of money from checking to savings. It also contains a link to check your credit score which contain tips on how to raise your rating and short articles that I find helpful. This app is essential to keep track of my finances and it's free to use. No unnecessary ATM fees is a plus.

Overall a good experience. I installed the app to deposit a check and it worked like a charm. The app also made it easy to check my account balances and credit score. I do find West Community's security questions to be especially frustrating compared to other places I've banked with and the app always loses my fingerprint setup after updates.

When are you going to fix this . App won't open since last update on 3/15.

All of the Banking Apps provided by the West Community Credit Union work seamlessly. I use both the mobile banking app and the credit card app. Within in seconds of a purchase with either my debit or credit card I am alerted. It gives me a great feeling of security. If you travel out of the region the cards will not work unless you use enable the travel feature which brings a further sense of security. Great Apps! Great Credit Union!

I don't normally rate apps, however, I had to load the app in order to make changes to the "secure" on-line banking tool. I'm not a programmer, an application developer etc. but I am a user of apps attend on-line tools. Not sure when the code was written for the on- line or app tools - seems Very, Very Clunky. Other on line banking tools are much easier to navigate, doesn't force me to re login after changing information. This & Covid-19 economy made for Very Frustrating evening. At least had a

This app does not work at all with Android 12.

App is easy to use and navigate. It needs to show the bill pay amount subtracted immediately from the total balance in the account. Also the same if one is paying using their checking or savings account.

Personally, the app does everything I need it to: mobile transfer, mobile deposit, one-touch balances. Only reason it's not 5-star is the ATM/partner branch locator; it redirects out of the app to a host website. Would be super helpful to have the feature inside the app using location services.

I've had this app as long as they've had it on the market. I've been woth Wcc for 12yrs and live on the other side of the country and still use them. Some down time around midnight to 2am most nights, but generally have 0 issue. :)

The only reason i gave this 4 stars is because there are a couple of hours of down time every night, right in the middle of when I need to use it lol other than that I my works great and has alot of use tools for tracking your credit or creating a budget.

I love this app! However, it can be a little buggy. About half the time, it won't let me mobile deposit a check, and I have to try several times. I wish that worked a little more smoothly. But overall, it's very useful when on the go.

Far better than the old version! Fast, convenient, and easy to use! Great to have mobile access that is this smooth to work with! This app just keeps getting better and better!

Does not work for the newest Android software. Does not matter how many times you Uninstall and Re-install

Easy and convenient for checking transactions, current balances on your all your accounts that is if you have more than one acct. with WCCU & it is also easy to make internal money transfers and pay on your credit card or loan payments.

The app works really well. It makes it easy for me to managey accounts amd internal transfers are a snap. Great app overall!

I wanted to deposit a check and it took me like 2 minutes it was awesome. and the only reason it took me 2 minutes was I had to take a picture of both sides so piece of cake. Love this app.

App is straightforward. Works fine. Has annoying trait of popping up a few minutes after use.

Works well. I basically check my balance or make deposits, but send stable and fairly easy to use.

only issue i habe with the app is it doesan internal update of your account every so often and wont accept your password or sign on name for a few hours. thats all i have to conplain about.

I like the app, just wish it had all the functions the website has, like bill pay, and view credit card transactions.

So far so good. I just downloaded the app and used it. So far everything seems simple enough. Will see in a few days how I like it after my deposit is due to hit my account.

It's alright, the transfers are terrible if you are doing an external transfer I don't think it should make you wait 1-2 weeks for a simple process.

Love the app, makes transfers easy, and easy to follow your credit score.

I loved it until recently. Now its unstable, doesn't open properly, takes way too long to load, blah, blah, blah.

I live out of the state and this app is SO convenient. I am able to communicate effortlessly with my family back home.

The recent update has improved, I can see multiple transactions now, I just wish it showed my current balance after every transaction.
