This app wouldn't ever let you access your E-statements! It's a waist of time to download! The bank wouldn't even help fix it when it was THEIR problem! Hopefully the app developers, with all these bad reviews, will fix all these issues! Then we can give it a better rating. Hopefully!!! Until then I give it 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
App worked great until today when I used the correct password & it claimed it was invalid. Thanks to the attempts, it locked me out of my acct. Had to go to the website to login & found that they've now moved to needing a one-time texted code before you can submit your password...something the app didn't account for & what got my acct password locked. Had to change my password on the website just so I could log in. Won't be using this useless app any longer & will simply go straight to the website so I can get the security code texted to me.
There is an issue with the latest version. You can open it once but you have to clear the data and set it up again when trying to open it again. It only shows a white screen.
Great experience and love I setup but currently when I open the app it tells me it is incapable and needs update but when I come to Google play to update it there's no update

Extremely entertaining...never imagined i could get that from a banking app!!!
Typical Bank Corp. negative attitude. Everytime developers create an update, trying to fix one thing, they screwed up somewhere else. West Plains Bank knows this and ignores it, and continues to pay this freshman developer.
Constantly asking for Password instead of using 4 Digi pin.

Never works. I am constantly having to change my password through the bank. It's very frustrating!
Great app!! The text notifications could do better at telling the amount of money left in the account but the app is easily accessible so you don't really need the texts. SO much easier to use than logging onto the website.
