I appreciate the level of security with the mobile & online banking. To an extent. Initially, Getting setup for mobile banking is a bit of a hassle. And if you get a new phone. The app won't let you login from it. I can connect my old phone to wifi. And still login with my same Access ID, Password and fingerprint no problem. Very frustrating! I didn't have near as much of an issue. Setting up my Capital One app on my new phone
The app won't accept deposits and rejects every single one. You go into the app and you go into the deposit mode and you take pictures of both sides of your check enter the dollar amount of the check and then submit it. Several minutes later I will get an email saying that the rejection reason is endorsement missing. Yet I signed the check with a sharpie so that it could easily be recognized and it's being rejected. Total waste of time. Now I have to actually drive to the bank, waste of gas.
This not the first time I have to make mobile deposit 2 x with WSB. I have another account with chase Bank. Their app/system is much better. You can deposit the check with less restrictions and it shows the amount on your balance. also it gives you the option to use a portion of it right away.
So I've had this app for a while and it's probably been 4 months now that I have been unable to log in through the app. It won't let me no matter which way I try, password, or finger print. In order for me to access my account I need to go to the website itself and log in manually. I thought maybe when the new website launched it would fix it but it still hadn't and it's frustrating me very much.
Would have appreciated a notification re loan due date. Instead was charged late fee and it took an hour figuring out how to transfer $$ Also had late fees due to an unusually high credit card bill. Am out of country and my fault for overages but look at my history and notice this is not usual. Disappointed.
After the update it's slow, laggy, and doesn't present my current balace. I had issues with my paycheck not being deposited, only for it to randomly show up in my account 15 minutes later. I used to like the app before they changed it.
The app is great and user friendly. Only downside is if you need to make a payment to anyone/place through the mobile app it takes longer to process then just using a desktop computer.
the app used to work well. I really liked it. was easy to use. But it won't work for me anymore. keeps saying the network is busy. tried updating and reinstalling, but still it does the same thing.
I don't know what you people are doing, but i've had sooooo many problems in the past 2 months trying to access my accounts and I thought Ann Calavera reactivated my accounts for access! Now when I log in as I always did, sometimes it lets me in & sometimes it tells me to re enter my login?? AND today it let me in & after 10 minutes it made me redo my login. When I reentered my log in AS ALWAYS, it said NO ACCOUNTS AVAILABLE!!!! WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON??????
Great App! Bank on it. For 20+ years WSB has consistently delivered me excellent, professional and competent banking services. Their App is feature, function rich and provides me all the necessary tools I require for banking in the digital world. Thanks! A+
I don't like that this app IMMEDIATELY shows funds as "available", even after depositing a paper check. Forgetting that it actually takes up to 2 full wks for checks to clear (since I am given them so rarely), I inadvertently deposited a BAD check in the amt of $1300. Acting on a threat a scammer inflicted upon me, I sent him $1000 immediately upon depositing it. Days later, I was informed of the money I lost. Had this app not reported "funds available", I would have not sent him the money.
I work and live in software and can emphatically state that this app has some of the worst user experience and design I've experienced. It is a shame because I love to keep my business local and believe a bank of this size is capable of doing better.
So annoying. I can't hook up my account to zelle and the only way to hook up to zelle is through the bank. I can not ever get into my online banking, and now I can't even open the app. I guess that's what you get with small bank chains.
Problems AGAIN after reinstalling again it says "changes to online banking, go to website" or something like that and they is no informationon the website. So now there's literally is no app at all. Not sure why I stay with this bank.
It's a good app when it works. Twice now in the last 2 weeks the app won't open. I have to uninstall it andvre install it to get it to work
Frustrating... getting message "our mobile app has changed" so delete app, went to website and downloaded "new" one- same error. What good is a mobile app if it never works when you need it?
Amazingly convenient and easy to use. Haven't had a problem with any deposits I've made this way. I am very busy and I don't always have time to stop by the bank Thank You WSB!
Do you want convenience and easy banking then you should give WSB mobile banking a try! I have used this service for years without any issues. You won't be disappointed!
I have been banking with WSB gor over 20 years. I love the bank and the app. You can do everything you can do with the "big" banks and more!! Mobile deposit and fast pay are the best!

This app is terrible. I have to re-install it every few days. I like west suburban bank but they need to try again at making an app cuz this one fails.
Handles all my banking, which is what I want and expect an app from my bank to do. They keep adding things that I do not need/want, but other people probably do, and it still does what I want to do, so that is fine with me.
really garbage app, half the time i can't make transfers and it takes forever to load no matter my network connection strength.
Debating between 3 and 4 stars. This is a pretty solid app overall. It allows me to do most things that I could in person, though there are a few gaps (reporting bugs being one of them). Bugs do exist, but they are rare and minor. Recently, I had one incorrectly calculate my spendable balance after scheduling a transfer between my checking and savings accounts. I don't use this feature for budgeting, so I don't mind this bug, but other people may want to double check that particular number.
