The app works great. Touch login is convenient. I can view my balance and transactions. I just used mobile deposit for the first time, it seemed to work fine. Everything updates fairly quickly within the app. Sometimes bank deposits take a few hrs to post, even though the money is available. I used the message feature to talk to a representative and I got a response back within the day.

Love it!! Easy & efficient. So glad I can make a deposit in less time than to warm up the car.

Very easy especially if you are not close to your bank.

I've already rated this on maps. In case you haven't seen it the folks inside here are extremely helpful extremely nice and extremely attentive to whatever you need. Walk inside I'm sure if you do any reviews you'll say exactly how I do. My brother recommended me to come here. He was right I got to admit the ATM is a little goofy out in front of the store different from all of the other ATMs you used to but I guess I'll get used to that

Taking a picture of a check is horrible. Have to retake after retake.

Very convenient & very easy to use.

I do NOT like the automatic shutter release when taking pictures of the front and back of checks for deposit. Please return to the previous version that allowed users to take the pictures when ready to do so.

I have used this app since it started and all of a sudden all of this stuff is happening and it never allows me to log in it says my password is wrong it says my user name is wrong and it's not!!!!!!

Glad to be able to Mobile deposit instead of going into bank at this time. I wish you endorsed auto pay for Apple or Android. Shame that in this day and time you won't do that because of the percentage you would have to pay.

remotely deposit checks, that's reason enough to download this simple app

Love the app but it is slow posting and updating

I only use this app for depositing checks. It's easy, fast and dependable. I've been depositing a check or two monthly for over a year.

Big improvement over the previous version. Able to do all banking functions that I use with ease and accuracy.

Directions are easy to follow. As long as you have your check aligned to take picture, it's easy.

Really like being able to transfer funds from 1 account to another without having to call customer service. Once I became familiar the this app it was easy to use

The mobile deposit function is lousy. It takes a very long time to go through and quite often you get logged out before you can get it accomplished.

Quick and easy. Struggled with providing good deposit pics but recent change seems to have fixed.

Works great .... except large checks... have to scan it 3... 4 ... something 5 times... says it can't read the numbers.... just a heads up

Mobile deposit and finger recognition are such a time saver. Clean interface. Love it.

After numerous attempts to deposit check, it finally worked. Camera caption ability needs too be better.

Not very user friendly. Doesn't add a checking/savings account to make payment.

This app is useful for a quick look at your accounts and is user friendly. Transfers from one account to another are easy.
