you cannot complete installation on an Android because the pop-up confirmation does not appear like it does on an iOS device. So basically I am unable to complete installation and use of this app. Very frustrating
Can't log in to link account. Forever hangs on "Checking..." . I have tried over a few days on multiple occaisions. Utterly useless.
The app worked fine at first. Now it doesn't recognize my account. I deleted it and now reloading it to see if that helps.
When I search within a specific library, I still get results for all of Westchester.
awful awful awful a complete waste of space, IT DOESN'T WORK WHY DID YOU YOU GO AND MESS AROUND AND SCREW IT UP! IT WORKED FINE BEFORE LEAVE THINGS ALONE AND STOP TRYING TO IMPROVE SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T NEED IT. ONE LAST COMMENT, ]_#)#)^$$&@!@"^•°°■!!!!
Can't link my account with mobile app, apparently it doesn't recognize mi barcode code from my card, any idea to make it work?
Really bad can't even hold a book and the Ui is sooo ugly and bad
Does not accept my password or original PIN to link my account.
This app has hardly ever worked. It takes forever to connect your account, searching is a drag, and when you go to place a hold, it tells you you're unable to do so... but the hold goes through. Now I'm just going to struggle though the mobile version of the website.
