Requirements
- Our Mobile Banking App allows WESTconsin Credit Union members to access their accounts by using their existing WESTconsin Online banking username and password login. In order to pay bills with your mobile device, you also need to be registered for bill pay. Because of the variety of vendors and data plans, we encourage you to check with your mobile service provider for details on specific fees and charges for accessing the Mobile App.

Security -For your safety and security, all information is encrypted and login information, including passwords, are never stored. If your mobile device becomes lost or stolen, you can quickly deactivate access to your account by logging into WESTconsin Online using a computer and changing your password. You may also contact our Service Center at (800) 924-0022 for further assistance.

Quick Balance allows you to swipe down from the login page of WESTconsin’s Mobile App and view your account balances and last 5 transactions without the need to login. By enabling Quick Balance any person with access to your device will have access to your WESTconsin account balances. You are responsible for the security and safeguarding of your mobile device. The use of Quick Balance signifies you acknowledge these terms have been accepted by one or more of the persons who established the subject account with us. You are responsible for all transfers and/or transactions performed with Quick Balance and agree not to hold WESTconsin liable for any errors. If you are not comfortable with these terms we suggest you not enable Quick Balance and resort to using your username and password to gain access to your account thru this mobile device.

Have never had a problem, adequate timing for maintenance or other down causes. Has not glitched when transfering money and that's basically the point of the app! Could use a cleaner account AND routing number display, they both can be found but you always have to dig for one or the other :/ Other than that live the application!!!

Starting today, the app crashes as soon as it logs me in, and I don't even have time to view my balance before it crashes. This has happened 5 times in a row just today. There are no updates for it and I didn't change anything on the app since I logged in last! Before today I would have given it 5 stars but now I can't even stay logged in!!

I recently switched from US Bank, which kept charging me overdraft fees and for paper statements, when I was signed up for estatements and not only was I being charged for those but I would get overdraft fees for those! Anyway as far as Westconsin, Ive not had a single overdraft fee and the app is super easy to use!!! The only reason Im not giving the app 5 stars is because it seems like its down pretty frequently for updates and such and Ive had a few times were I wasnt able to loggin.

I absolutely love online banking!!!!! If you run low in your account and forgot to transfer money over its extremely convenient to go into the account and transfer and its available right away!! I also LOVE being able to see when money is pulled or deposited. Its great!!!!

It works well when it works, but it does go down a lot. Not having access is the biggest problem whether it's due to scheduled services or random downs for undefined reasons. I'd love to change my two stars to five when appropriate changes occur

Taking a picture of a check for deposit is tedious as shadows & unclear portions continually pop up in spite of a clear picture in the camera view. 8/2/20 edit: this function is greatly improved! No trouble taking clear pictures consistently.

Crashes often, closes for no reason. Works fine if it actually does, but you'll spend more time uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Annoying! Don't use the app, it's so frustrating.

everything is good except mobile deposit is picky! if the picture of the front and back of the check you are trying to deposit are not the same size it rejects the second picture until it deems it to be the same size, very frustrating. 😠 After talking to someone today, not sure but I think we figured out the problem. So I'm happier today. love the customer service here, that is A1!!!

Love this online banking app. Very easy to use. The old version let you use the fingerprint ID, and this one doesn't have that option. I really liked that feature. Hopefully it will come back with another upgrade.

This app was great, until it stopped working for depositing my checks. I work at odd times so getting to the bank is difficult for me. Suddenly every check I try to deposit from my job is "missing the MICR number" even though it's visible in every picture. So incredibly frustrating!!

Very frustrating that returned checks are not recorded clearly and uniformly. Also, my former and much smaller Credit Union app allowed me to search returned checks by date or check number. No such option here. Hard to believe a simple software update could not provide this. Please consider this. Thanks

It doesn't let me use my fingerprint to open the app anymore, makes it really hard when you have to memorize 10 billion passwords. Not to mention it's not the easiest to use if you are a younger person and don't understand all too much about banking.

Customer service is very kind and helpful, the bank is compatible with all of the relevant digital cash transferring services and they don't give you the run around or try to 'fineprint' you out of money. Best bank I've ever used. 10/10 ☆'s

very easy to use. mobile deposit works great. the app also provides routing and ach number as well to make things easier and more secure than carrying around a blank check or piece of paper with numbers on it

Mostly good app, but recently removed biometric fingerprint scanning making the app considerably less convenient as well as less secure. Populated button outside screen area during mobile deposit forcing restart due to being unresponsive.

Mostly good but tried to do the mobile check deposit but it just stays in pending status (this is the third day). it then has to be manually checked. I don't recommend the mobile check deposit at all. Can't use our money that way.
