You can't even make a new account because the option redirects you to the "forgot your password " function.
Cannot open E-statements. I was forced to use this because the bank wants to charge me 5 dollars per account per month to send me paper statements. This is unacceptable it's 2 months of BS to make it work and no luck. I'm frustrated beyond comfort.
