CU Mobile is a convenient and secure mobile account access solution that enables WCCU members to use their Smart Phone to perform routine transactions and conduct account research. CU Mobile supports all account types including checking, savings, money markets, loans, and lines-of-credit. Also, find access to our CU Pay Bills service and a Branch and ATM locator.
To begin, you will need to be an existing user of NetTeller. Within NetTeller, choose Options and mobile settings. Once you have "enabled" web access for your mobile device, you can begin to login from your Smart Phone.

There is no fee from Western Cooperative Credit Union. Connectivity and usage rates may apply. Contact your wireless service provider for more details.

I dont like that there is not a "memo" field when i transfer funds by phone on this mobile app and also that it doesnt let you view more history/transactions for my accounts. Other than those 2 specific things, i do like how convenient it is to be able to quickly login to my account to view my balance.

Have used app on Samsung S3 and S5 without any issues. Works great to check balances and make quick transfers.

I love this credit union. Great little app for paying bills, transfers, and checking accounts. I love it and how easy it is to use. I'd rate 5 stars I'd they'd come up to speed and get remote deposit.

Absolute contempt for user's time. More often than not doesn't work but then that's true for web access as well so it shouldn't be a surprise. "Wireless" access provider question during setup. Really!?! Never mind that it should be "Cellular" provider but the question should never be asked. Should be transparent to the user. 1st financial app that I've used that's asked that question. Incomplete list anyway. Very limited functionality so all around an absolute waste of time to download & (attempt) to use.
