Our new mobile app provides members convenient access to Western Division Federal Credit Union's mobile website, mobile banking, branch & contact information, help and our loan application.
I think this app is slow and inconvenient to an existing customer. I dont have the ability to nickname my loans so I have to write down what number I'm trying to transfer to. Also when I hit the pay loan button I still have to punch in my minimum payment amount that I think should be obvious. I liked the old 24/7 on the website much better. If this was my only experience with this bank I wouldn't use them.

Slow. Clumsy. Poorly designed. Needs more functionality.
