This app is poorly held together. Only select basic functions are available, such as current load, load history and inbox. However, there is no way to send messages or force an update on any information if it falls to update. Also SO MANY DEAD LINKS!!!! NONE of the bugs have been fixed since the update in October.
This app (much like the company itself)is utter garbage. Much like other reviews have stated, the messages that are sent to the QC system are not relayed to the app as well, and if they are, its weeks later that you get them. Also, you can not send Macro's through the app. You can reply in some cases, but, the app is in desperate need of a SEVERE re-haul/update.
This app is a sorry attempt at keeping up with the times. It's terrible for the processor on my phone, and it never opens correctly. After repeated crashing, I was told that this app is the only way to connect with key functions of the company. Take responsibility guys, and stay in direct contact with your drivers. They are people, not resources to be exploited.
Worst app I've ever seen crash doesn't want to sign in frezes piece of s*** and when you tell them about it it's like the problem doesn't even exist the first week you can get on it Pennridge after that it's like you don't even exist on the system when issues to send a message through the Western Express app employee manager driver manager excetera there's no option to send a message and the best part is everyday the is a new issue with the app
This app is the embodiment of Western Express. It runs fine until you need it to. It's so disorganized, and works less hours than an unemployed stripper. I've had to uninstall and reinstall more times than I can count.
The app needs to be updated and modernized. The last update has caused it to not show the personal advance tab at all. Secondly we should be able to send macros from the phone as well... it's like yall keep everything so basic and cheap to keep from investing money into something for us drivers to do our job right
My experience with Western Express has been very good. My my trainer has been very thorough. I still do not like an automatic truck and so far that is all that is offered at Western Express. And so far we have had a fair amount of miles in each load. Even though I have had past experience I am always willing to learn more and I have been able to experience that each and every day due to a very patient trainer. You Never Can Say that "you cannot teach an old dog new tricks".
This app is absute garbage. Messages come weeks later, can't sign in at all because the app randomly goes down (just like other things in the company, ie: fuel cards, routing, etc.), can't scan BOLs and have to use TransFlo. just, avoid this company and you won't have any issues.
TERRIBLE app!!! You don't get all the messages that's sent to the Qualcomm on the app. You can't send/reply to messages or send macros from the app. In order to get a "cash advance" you HAVE to use the app, but the app never approves your "cash advance" even when it says you have it available which means you can't even get an "advance"??? Any issues that's reported about the app never gets fixed/solved which makes the app useless. I wish I could give this app half-a-star!!!
worked fine for 2 days, then the app logged me out on it's own. when I went to log back in, it keeps saying incorrect user name/password. when I press reset password, the button does nothing. tried erasing the app and re-register, but it says user already exists... the app needs serious overhaul
Inbox won't open. And my loads won't load in current load. I have to delete and download every load to have the information. Also being able to respond from the phone should be a priority for drivers on home time.
This app SUCKS! Im alerted daily of new messages but nothing is in my mailbox, old messages cannot be deleted. Load histpry tKes a week to update, current load is aleays 1 lpad behind, preplanned loads dirs not track anything & there is no data given to contact support... Why good is the app of mpthing works??
need to be able to send and recieve messages.very important. login crashed an wont let me use any of the buttons. currently trying to uninstall an reinstall. but message sending would be excellent id give five stars if yall made it so.
The app really sucks and the support for it sucks worst. When it's down no one seems to know how to fix it. They never send out a message says that they are having problems with the app. Then they act like you are the one with the problem and want to blame the type of phone you are using, oh you have an Android phone, that's the problem. B.S. the problem is they don't know what they are doing.
App always malfunction, and you can't respond to messages nor send macros. Always a glitch when you open the app. Right now, this app is not useful at all unless you breakdown and need to communicate. That's the only star I will give at this time.
I'm always deleting and downloading this app it works great for awhile getting my loads than my loads and messages stop showing up so I have to delete the app and reinstalling the app to get it to work again it's a ROYAL PAIN IN THE ASS !!!
Whose the Dummy behind the scenes that is NOT doing maintenance on this app? Haven't received a message on here since the end of September 2020 and as any driver who has used this app knows its hit or mi$$...if it work$. :-( Now I gotta babysit the Qualcom to get any loads or msgs. Fix it or get rid of it. Wa$te of space on my phone...and a waste of time in my life....grrr! (REDD -TOW TRUCK DRIVER)
Was working great but ever since the update. Haven't been able to log in cant reset my password or anything. Is anyone working on these problems or we just wasting our time talking about these issues.
Was decent, now lost ability to see messages after last update. Required for western express drivers, no one else would ever need it.
Oh my goodness!! This app is the most amazing thing anyone could ever experience in a lifetime hope u have waterproof phone because my screen gets wet everytime I use it..it's the bees knees... working for them is such a hoot!
When doing a breakdown report i can't enter any letters for trailer number. Very few trailers contain a letter but it still be useful because breakdown doesnt recognize the trailer.
Company sucks. Their app is always crashing. They seem to be having trouble keeping up with their own tech., and breakdowns has gotten worse not better.
After update as of 9/7/19 The application has completely quit working on Samsung s9+ was working fine until it updated. Please fix this asap thanks
Load history always shows that the paperwork hasn't been turned in even after resubmitting. They're also some that say un-paid paper work submitted. However, wasnt paid for it even on the following week.
Haven't trouble getting my messages.. Is not coming to my phone app anymore.. It would be the same as the ones I get to my Qualcomm but got a lil sooner.. At first I could be anywhere to check my Qualcomm message or first message like in stores pumping gas etc.. Now nothing coming through please help me allow this app to receive messages again
Pathetic excuse for an app. It was probably written by a newbie overseas for pennies on the dollar. Stopped getting messages as of 8.8.2020 Tried to contact DM via QC....crickets, nobody gives a damn. Counting the days :)
For months I haven't been able to login to this application cant reset password or nothing.Makes it hard to communicate with them,as well as doing my pretrip inspection
Well before the last update I could do everything on my phone now the app only let's me use breakdown and accident reporting I can look at my message or get a cash advance it's faster on the app then waiting for your dm to approve it.
I used to love this app but now my loads arent showing up i rarely ever get my messages on there and the worst part you cant send a message or macro which should be available seeing as how you can do your pretrip on it ugh fix the problem please
The app is good but needs some work. Half the time after reading a message it still shows unread. Also would be nice to be able to see DM response to a message, currently only shows on Qualcomm not the app. Also need a way to actually respond to messages instead of having to go to truck to respond. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a mobile app when you have to return to the truck to respond.
