Western MA News

App used to be a great source for all the local news outlets. However within the last month or so, the majority of the news sources no longer work. The app needs updating before I will use it again, which hasn't occurred since last year.

Very unstable and lots of ads compared to when it first came out few years back. A new update just came out so I'll give ONE MORE try and if it's good I'll rate it so. If not.....

Worked great until a week ago. Now only one of the four local news "sources" I selected comes through. Seems like to the app's no longer being supported...

Provides all the local news I need

I really like the variety of Western MA news sources provided by this app. But, after numerous crashes and other issue while trying read stories of interest, I am uninstalling. I have contacted the developers over these issues for months with no noticable improvements or responses to my communications.

Gave up with the app to many ads, you have to to view 5 full page ads , and still can't read the story

Excellent app. Quick working and reports from a huge number of 413 sources. I wish the major Pittsfield and Northampton newspapers could be represented.

Freezes up at times but worth the price.

Great way to keep up when don't have access to papers, tv or radio

This gives me regular news updates and I can decide what I want to read more about and what I don't. Easy to go to the stories you want to read.

I like to see headlines so I can read only what interests me, and this app allows me to do that. I have had this app for a while and it hasn't crashed yet.

I would give it 5 stars, but marking stories read, deleting, etc are now white text on a white background on my phone. Works well on tablet.

The app is great. Really has been improving and is now very good for local news.

I like the app - it's my go-to for news and I use it often. However, I'm very disappointed that the last update removed all of my starred articles (I had several). If I had known I'd lose them I wouldn't have updated the app.

I initially intended to install the app for a single local TV station but found this while looking for it. More news feeds from many sources is always preferable; more sources = better coverage. Great app!

Much easier to use than official apps. No need for four different news apps its all in one place now.

I found this app while searching to see if my local newspaper had one. This is much better. Not only does this app cover my local area it also keeps me updated on breaking news all over Western Mass. Great job developers!

After the nightmare 22 news LIN app I gave up and have been using this. A simple reader and browser to view full articles on source site.

Usualy misses Franklin County

Surprised to say... this is better than any of the official apps and the permissions are good too!
