It's pretty pathetic that a company like this cannot get a decent app. Same problem as everyone else, keeps saying it cannot verify my information, tried leaving the dash out as suggested and it didn't help.

Tried to check account balance. No luck logging in. Same with phone line. I pay $300 per month to this company. Some customer service would be great.

This app will work if you leave the dash out between the last two numbers. I contacted the company and was told to do that and I had no problem after.

Doesn't recognize the insured login information.
It does not let you log in. I've tried entering the policy number with dash...without dash..doesn't work.
