It's better than nothing but it's functionality is very limited. I wish it provided more account details. The mobile check deposit is extremely frustrating and I haven't been able to get it to work which was the main appeal to using their mobile app.
mobile deposit needs work. the large sized checks I get from my employment do not photograph. the image turns pixalated. I tried two phones and two tablets all of which take great photos. thanks!!
I love banking here, but they only allow 6 online transfers a month, I have to go there after that, but other wise a lovely bank. I really enjoy banking here, and the employees are super nice and very helpful.
I used this app for a few weeks and it worked great but now that I have a new phone it keeps telling me my nettellerpin is wrong when I have gone and changed multiple times to insure I didn't just forget it so now I can't see my account info.
As given trouble everytime I try to deposit a check and the staff at the grand junction location is hard to get ahold of and not very helpful when you do talk to them.
The app only works about half the time. And really the only thing it works for is doing mobile deposits and seeing your account balance :-((
Staff has been so pleasant and helpful. Very best banking experience I've ever had!!! ❤
I was working great for a while, but now it won't even open. It keeps giving me a "warning: Forbidden" message.
App crashes constantly and has login issues, Needs work.
The log in screen doesn't work.

I'm very frustrated right now. WRFCU doesn't have a help line or anything. I can't login to my account so I don't know what my balance is. It says that I am blocked but I was able to access it earlier in the day. Now I have to wait until Monday to resolve this.
(Update:app still sucks, even after the update. Keeps telling me it needs internet access. I have have enough internet to send this review so it should have plents of access.) App sucks but the people at western rockies federal credit union are not bad. Going to open an account at Wells Fargo, you should too! I hope the "bank" and the developer read this. Need help making it better? Just talk to your customers

LOGIN ISSUES! I have had this app for about a year now and never had issues logging in. I use my fingerprint normaly but now it always cancels it and when I try to login it tells me my netteller ID is wrong. Which it isn't because using the same one I can login online. Other than that the app works fine for me.
