Upgrade Lock Out. If this is a security upgrade it sure works well, locks out customers as well.

App doesn't even work properly anymore. Ever since August of 2020 the app hasn't worked properly. Most of the time not even loading at all and other times just crashing.

This is a horrible app. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled. I can't make a mobile deposit. Thanks for helping a negative balance now!!! I think it is a money making opportunity for this bank that I have been with for decades..Well no more.

Since upgrading to the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra I haven't been able to get this app to load, this is frustrating not being able to check my account balances on my phone

Why isn't the app working anymore? It was working fine! Now nothing just a white screen!!!

It used to work really well but the last few months it locks up and won't let me in. I have to unistall and reinstall every time i want to use it...update many months later. Same issues and i use the web site way more due to app problems

App will not open and there is no way to deposit checks through their website either.

It won't open often saying no conectability so I. Ant get on and check my account

I enjoy it. The only reason it lost a star is because they stopped allowing us to see the picture of the check after we took it. I try to see it and it says "you can't look at the check anymore" or something like that. I enjoyed looking back after I took the picture and see how it looked in the app (it looked like a drawing of the check). Once that's brought back, I'll give it a 4 star.

App quit working quite a while ago, have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Very disappointing, have had no trouble up until now.

This app is not good. Many times a month I will go to check my account and either the app kicks me out after 3 seconds of clicking on it or it just sits ona screen until I close the app. 0/5 stars.

Easy to install and open. Fingerprint authentication is a great level of security. Deposit check anywhere by phone is awesome.

Doesn't work after update to Android 12. This worked on Android 11, but now no longer works. Very disappointing to have to go in to deposit checks.

Easy to use. Good job. In Sept 21 they updated and now I can't even open the app or reinstall. Very frustrating

works well and is what you would expect. just wish you could use finger print on all passwords.

The app does not work at all. It will open but then you are unable to type anything or click on any of the links.

Only complaint is that the available balance doesnt get updated very quickly and can be confusing.

App worked before update now wont load can't sign in. How about if it works don't try to fix it. Go back to the older version that worked.

Very easy easy to use. However cannot transfer outside of your own or linked accounts.

the Android version doesn't appear to have been updated with the Zelle interface yet.

Always does exactly what I need done. Everything shows clearly and easy to manager.

freaking tired of this app changing and my password expiring seems like every time I turn around I have trouble with the damn thing leave it alone

Depositing of checks was made so simple that there's no reason to go into the bank anymore except for to see the exceptionally nice employees.

I like it but it needs more balance options showing the balance of the date you either withdrawal or deposit

Please update your app. Hasn't been updated since 2020. I have a brand new Android and can't use this app. Might be time to find a new bank.

Need to be able to search transactions further back. Otherwise I like the app.
