Really wish the app would show transactions that are pending.

app crashing on startup ever since the Sept 18th update...the application is useless

When I installed the app it was working great then about a month it started not opening it would click back off . I uninstalled it and reinstalled it hoping it works work but no it still doing the same things. Very dissatisfied. And very inconvenient

It's ok, but many times I try to go in and it just keeps thinking. Or I get in click on an account to view and it freezes and kicks me out. This is a continuous issue, very frustrating.

Since the update, it doesn't work on my Samsung Galaxy 7 phone. My phone is older, but works just fine so I can't justify purchasing a newer phone to be able to use your mobile app.

Incorrect balance indicator. They have two indicators "current balance" and "available balance" neither are your physical, correct balance. I understand that the app does not replace the responsibility of personal balancing, but when someone is not capable of balancing, at the moment, and they check the app, it gives false hope of a balance that possibly isn't factual and can lead one into the red, unbeknownst. It's happened multiple times to myself, even while keeping a ledger.

Crashes all the time when it actually loads. Often it says it can't even load. If it does load very often when you click on your account it crashes the app.

Easy to use and super convenient. 4 stars because sometimes my phone's keyboard wont pull up to allow me to log in. Not sure if its an issue with the app or my phone.

It's a great way to track your account activity. It allows instantly internal transfers as well. It's an amazing banking app.

So amazing since getting to my bank right now is very difficult. I only have a bike and it is getting darker earlier and getting really cold. So when I get a check for babysitting this app is so handy and amazing!

I do like the app, however, there are absolutely no indicators or buttons for me to push so that I am able to transfer money from MY ACCOUNT into ANYONE else's account.

Doesn't load right or at all and not up to date with account balances or transactions. Needs to be fixed.

I've only been using the app a couple weeks, but so far, everything seems to be working smoothly and efficently!

It's ok. Basic. Not necessarily meeting all of my needs for functionality but it gets the basic stuff.

It takes several attempts to take picture of check for mobile deposit, especially pictures of business checks.

When making deposits, it would be nice to know what we need to do for the deposit. IE. How the checks need endorced.

It seems to keep locking up and has to be reset.
