My only complaint is that I'm disabled and once I took my books to return at the window. They normally don't do that but because I didn't have anyone to take them to the drop box for me, they did take them at the window. Unfortunately, they didn't check them in and now I'm on the hook for the cost of those books. But Westerville doesn't stop at the cost of the books! Thru continue to charge you! So be aware of that incredibly unfair business practice that's probably FRAUD!
This app used to work but lately says I have# items checked out but when I check to see it only says renew without showing the titles. Same thing for the items I have reserved. So that all makes the app almost useless.
love the app but driving me CRAZY with bugs/glitch issues! logging out every single time I press a new page....
Does not work on newer Android devices.
Doesn't work with the new pin system.
Love this place!
I love this app. I can now covienently check the status of my library card. I can easily see when my holds are ready and when my books, movies, and music are due. I enjoy the feature where I can renew a title by just tapping it on the screen. Very pleased.
Just works great. Can renew or reserve stuff through the app.

I have no problems with reserving books or checking the status of my acct. Samsung galaxy sIII. No issues with this app.
Used it to check out a number of items while at the library. Very slow and painful experience. Much faster using the kiosk

This app used to be pretty good, but has not aged well since its last update OVER 6 YEARS AGO. It seems to have become slower (you're now watching a spinning wheel for everything) and just recently it has even stopped allowing me to login, which makes it completely useless. I'm using a Samsung S9+ phone, so I don't think my issues are hardware related.
