Westfield Bank for Smartphone

The app is very convenient and easy to use. That is, once it actually works after crashing 20 times on startup. Definitely needs fixing.

UPDATE: App updates and works well with newer Samsung operating systems. App worked great until I purchased new phone, Samsung S22 Ultra. Won't load. Opens white screen with tiny wb logo in center and just freezes. Phone uses Android vs 12. Hope to see an app update soon.

I love Westfield bank. No better bank around. The app, not so much. App freezes on logo frequently, then shuts down. Repeat 3 times and sometimes I can get back in. Rarely works after midnight. If downtime is needed, do it at 3am instead of midnight. And give an appropriate message, rather than an innocuous "check your password" message. Cmon IT people. You can do better.

(4/7/2022) App Crashes whenever it's opened, I reinstalled it and nothing changed. This is after updating to One Ui 4 on my phone. Fix the app guys.

Badly optimized on Android 12, One UI 4.1. Have had to uninstall and reinstall everytime it bugs out.

App will not open. Just goes to a white screen, been a problem at least since march 21st.

Have the s22 ultra and will not work on my phone very frustrating. Online banking is very important this day in age. I will be going to another bank they don't fix soon

The Mobile Banking App is uncomplicated, and quick and easy to use! It's just what I need. The Instant Balance Feature is especially useful and helpful. I appreciate the Fingerprint Security Feature. It's so easy to make transfers between Checking and Savings, as needed.

I hadn't logged into the app in awhile and I was surprised at the new update! This version is far superior to the prior one. Clean look, streamlined layout and easy to find info. You can see images of checks cleared as well. Great improvement.

Does not every night from Midnight to approximately 1am esp on the weekends. It says wrong password which is wrong or just doesn't open even though my finger print passes and goes through extremely frustrating esp when need make a transfer on the weekends or late at night. I hate it!!!! Esp because I don't feel comfortable carrying cash. Also if the moble app doesn't work neither will card control so I can't unlock it to make purchases. I get locked out. Have had to leave purchases at store.

I like this app, my only wish is that it was a bit more streamlined. There are to many steps to go through to complete a transaction. The previous version was much nicer and faster, with far less steps to complete. Overall however it is a safe app that works well every time i use it.

I love banking with Westfield Bank I can do all my banking at home, I can transfer money from one account to the other and pay my bills, another feature I like I can see if any money is pending on any of my accounts especially when I'm your money like tax checks, pay checks ect. It's not like those commercial banks that charge high interest rates, they actually care about their customers and will go the extra mile if you have any troubles,

Constantly doesn't work or has glitching problems when in use. Doesn't even provide you your routing number or full account numbers which is stupid cuz who carries around checks when they're requesting direct deposit of something. I have to go to the actual website on my phone and try to find it.

App works well when it does work. Currently receiving a error message that says it has detected a autoclicking application and just shuts down the app. My phone isn't rooted and doesn't have anything of that nature truly a shame

90% of the time i try to open the app i get error please call for assitance. If i have to call each time what is the point of a mobile app? When it works it's great but extremely unrealiable. Been having problems for months, wish they could just sort it out already.

Aside from Westfield Bank becoming an utter disappointment. Their app no longer functions correctly. It essentially will load up the main screen and will not allow you to select any of the buttons.

This is an easy to use app with well designed options. The ability to use your finger print to log into the app (if available on your phone) makes it easier to quickly check balances or make transfers.

This App Saves Me Time I missplace my wallet about once every 6 months. It's usually after I take all the reciepts out it fits in my back pants pocket. My phone on the other hand, is either in my hand or in my pocket. If or when I misplace my wallet I can toggle my bank cards off, until I find it. This is so much easier then having the cards blocked and then getting new cards with new number. You have to change the automatic withdraw accounts most people have atleast 2 or 3. Saves Time.

Great for checking balances and apparently now for depositing checks (although the turnaround time is inconveniently long, 1 "business day" would be best). Just wish bill payment and scheduled transactions were options.

It's okay. I wish there were more banking option like the Card Valet app. I really like the instant balance feature. It would be nice if I could change my account info like phone & address etc

Just upgraded to S22 ultra and now the app does not work... goes to a white screen with the logo in the center and just freeze. Please fix asap, looks like I'm not the only one.

This won't download on my phone apparently they haven't caught up with new technology. This is quite frustrating given I've been a customer for over 40 years. When I called the bank I was on hold 20 minutes and no answers were given accept they are working on it. How long will they be working on it?

Worked until I bought the new Samsung galaxy s22 ultra. It's so frustrating because I use this app all the time. Has anyone found a fix for this?

My 5 year old phone died. I got a new Galaxy S22 Plus and it won't work. Very frustrating. I would gave given it 5 stars on my old phone.

Absolutely love this app. Anyone not using online banking is missing out big time. Quicker and easier than going to the bank in quite a few areas.

this is a big Time Saver. I often visit North Carolina. And I like the fact that I can deposit checks from my account in North Carolina into my account Massachusetts without having to wait 3 days for the mail to deliver. all my experiences with Westfield Bank have been good ones. No complaints.
