App is broken since the past few updates. We have a steady coming up and I wonder if we'll have a problem. This seems to be a problem with relying on apps to handle bookings and rewards... The technology has to work and this one does not work.

App is just terrible! It doesn't work and I've been trying to make a payment. It doesn't allow you to do anything at all and charges you a late fee for not paying on time when their app is the problem. We pay entirely way too much money to have these problems!

Useless. It is unusable, but you need the app to use the loyalty program. Every time I open it, it stalls and then crashes

Always gives error about app permissions. You can't download documents, and basically anything useful directs you to the website...outside of the app. Might as well just use the website. Oh, it will easily let you make your mortgage and HOA fees though.

Spp keeps crashing stating it's due to a bug in the app. Well that really bugs me. When is this issue going to be resolved?

The app is trash. I can't get the Pay Now to load and I keep getting late fees because it won't let me pay online.

This app really sucks. Never works. Does anyone manage it. They would see that it never works.

There is always an error. Always a delay and will not load. Easy to navigate would be great if it would work according.

Pages constantly clock. Reservations don't show up. Doesn't recognize reservation numbers found on web site.

Poorly working app. Constant error messages and will not let me make payments on my account.

Never works right. Glitches, times, out & the website is NO better. We pay entirely too much money to have poor technical services like this

Worst app ever! It keeps giving an error message while trying to check in our reservation and won't tell us what's wrong and to just try again later. Also by some miracle our first check in went through but we don't which card it was on because there is no way to find that out nor is there a help line to contact for these issues.

App keeps closing. When will this be fixed?

Horrible can't even get logged in

I tried to look at my account documents, and I got a pop-up saying I need a PDF viewer installed to see them. I have Adobe and a couple of other PDF viewers installed on my phone, and I read PDFs all the time. Something wonky there. And I wish I could actually manage my timeshare in the app - banking my weeks, depositing with Interval, make requests, etc. It's mainly for making and managing payments.

Frustrating. Locked me out three times in the same day. Called had the app unlocked changed password signed on and was locked out a fourth time. I was told IT was aware of the problem. Being aware and not fixing it is frustrating.

Somedays the app works great and other days I can't login. Too unstable for me. For example right now the "Agree to terms and conditions" button doesn't work so now I can't use the app. Two days ago app was working fine.

This app is so frustrating to use.. I am almost tempted to cancel my membership! I dont like talking on the phone and that's the only way.. due to this app! I just wanna look at hotels or the cheap last minute deals 🤬🤬🤬

Always dont work ,always have problems to get to my account

There's a bug with this app when I attempt to access this app using my Galaxy S21 cell phone (i downloaded the Android App for this app). Others are able to access the same app using their Apple cell phone.

Crashes ALL THE TIME!!! Westgate charges us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS for ownership then gives us a tablet that doesn't work, the app ALWAYS crashes( you can't use it for anything)...garbage is what it is

Used to work great for me. But now after whatever update occured you can't open anything. I tried to uninstall and reinstall app and nothing changed. I will be removing permanently.

Does not work properly

Will not let me make payment online all it does is show a white screen! Then when I go online to web browser it gives me a 404 error code. Needs to be fixed.

App freezes and multiple pages don't load

This app is horrible! Only get error messages and does not load anything properly. It doesn't even deserve 1 star! Also, just an FYI... Westgate is nice for a vacation spot but do not fall into there timeshare bs scam like I did. BEWARE!

Called westgate, listened to the prompt while on hold that advises I can make chanhes to my reservation with the westgate app. Ok cool. I downloaded it. Could not make any changes at all. DELETING. You have to waste time and call them.

Since your most recent update I am unable to log into my account at all. Very frustrating. I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times but still nothing.
