Very inconsistent connections to the lights. Sometimes it works like it should, other times it won't connect. The lights are nice but the app is horrible. The lights are going back since they are useless without the app

Terrible app. It worked inconsistently with my iPhone so I tried using it with my android tablet. My android says the app needs to be updated but I just installed the app today and there are no updates in the play store. I'm frustrated that I can't get my path lights to work consistently.

Would be nice if they would add more scene color options to there app, for other holidays and such. they work okay but have a short in the wire or something so some lights do what ever they want. They don't pair with Bluetooth but still can use them. All in all there okay.

They never pair with my phone so using them is difficult and only one option stays on when I reset on the cord. They are also VERY dim! The app needs updated DESPERATELY!!!!

They never update the app to handle new phones. Never pairs to my app or bluetooth just always shows failed. I emailed them and it took 6 days for a response and they just sent me quick guide that goes through the same BS the manual does. Terrible products and app.

App needs serious updating. Lights are cool but after unpairing and turning bluetooth off with lights still "on" wouldn't pair again had to go outside n reset and pair like it was the first time. Makes using the lights a nightly project vs a convenience.

Worked good now but took some tricky steps. Setup a little tricky due to having to Link bluetooth first before app setup. Took multiple tries. Not sure 100% what got it working but once linked it worked. Only issue now is I wish I had more control. Or create themes.

No issues getting them running... app does need updating... as a light geek I have some suggestions. You should be able to pair sets together to function in sync... also there should be color themes to go with the holidays. I've had mine up and running for over two years.

Bunch of b.s.!!! I can't work my lights. Nothing responds. Completely a waste! I was so happy to have these lights... that cost WAY too much. Now I can't even control them. Get it together! This should be easy-peasy!!!

Bluetooth is paired, everything is connected and hooked up correctly, but can't select my lighting (string lights), to go any further!? No one at Cust Svc to take calls either...

Work first time. But hasn't worked since. Lights don't work as advertised. Even after resetting the lights may take one command then just go random with no control. Junk!!

The app would be much better if it created a true, persisted Bluetooth pairing where your device could remember the lights for the next time you want to use it.

I called for help twice. I emailed twice. The call will eventually go to voicemail while you are on hold. The email must go in a hole because they don't respond to it. Horrible! Do not buy!

terrible product. nevere connects. difficult to use. however once it connects to the app it works decently.

When I originally bought them they worked fine, but now the app won't work on my new phone. Unless they update the app, my lights are now useless.

Works right out of the box. App could be a littleore intuitive but it does come with a tutorial.

Works when it wants to. Will save settings for a while and all of a sudden unpairs and gives a rejection

app doesnt work. finally found device after 2 days but then would not pair with it. complete waste of money. now i have lights that dont work!!

First time app did not work properly, I give up. Dnloaded again it worked it was cool and easy. I have had a great time with these.

completely unable to control my lights! Bought 2 sets and can't turn off just keep blinking!!! ugghhhh.. Waist of money! Will never recommend this product.

Horrible! Could not pair with either Android or Apple. Lights should have come with a remote control. Apps are overrated.

App refuses to pair with the device after the initial use. I'm unable to turn my lights on and off...yay.

Worst $70 I've ever spent! App is POS and the lights are a POS because you can't use the lights if the app doesn't work! Garbage!

This app does not work. Total waste of time and money! If you bought this take it back! Fix your freaking app or recall your product!

Pretty descent appamd easy to do as long as you know how to set it up properly to work with your phone. All the people that are complaining just don't know what they're doing.

Does not work properly, company hard to get in touch with. Doesn't call back.

Westinghouse should automatically update these lights.. they are expensive and .. Westinghouse should at least back their product.. I don't think I will buy anything from Westinghouse again .we call and they don't answer..
