It's pretty good. It does what it's supposed to, but I wish they made the controls a little better. Like I bought my smart plug just so I could turn on and off the power to my desk from my home screen. And the only widget they have is a massive cluncky thing. Like why can't they just add a simple switch widget?
Plug works fine on it's own but once connected to the WIFI it shuts itself off after 2 to 3 mins sometimes less. I set app settings with the 2.4 g WIFI settings but if my phone switches to 5g the plug fails. Not worth it. Going back to the old plug in switch
My TV remote is limited sometimes not even able to power on the TV and this remote doesn't do what it's intended. Did so much as connecting to customer service and the rep. Having me do unusual things to get it working like aiming it into a mirror??? My TV only powers on by pressing the On / off button as I had done before.
Easy Setup. Love the countdown and schedule feature. Much easier than trying to setup a plug in timer with all of its settings. Works with my echo dot via voice control seamlessly. Thank you Westinghouse!
Works as it should. However there is no setting for a (10) minutes off/(10) minutes on schedule for a 24 hour period, rendering it useless for my application.
Got this thinking it'd be able to work with Westinghouse TVs, was mistaken, however it has a very easy and quick setup after you get registered into the app
Was working great for almost a year, now wont turn things off when its supposed to, 4 timer fails in the last 3 days. Not good at all.
Wont let me use my washing machine still. I've tried scanning the qr code on the back at yet it tells me that I still need to scan it. Shows up with e40 use app
It has some bugs, but works great 95% of the time
Garbage app garbage product. Did not connect no matter what method I used. Don't waste your money and time on these products

You need to register before you can even see if it works, which I'm guessing it doesn't.

Can't connect to internet
What a piece of junk this is.

Device says it works with Alexa, but no documentation as to how to do so. After figuring out how to do that, Alexa still does not recognize it. It works fine with the Westinghouse app... Until you close the app. When I reopen the app, it wants to start the discovery process rather than just displaying the on/off button. Had to register with my email address before I could even see if this thing wirked. This 'smart' plug was a free gift... and worth everything I paid for it.
