I'm new to the app and I can't even login. It's not that my credentials are wrong though. I get past the initial sign in part, then it does the whole "first time login" thing sending me a code that I have to enter to finish the login. Then I put the code in, and it tells me "failed, check network connection" I've tried this while connected to wifi, and just cellular data. No luck! App definitely needs work. Not a good first impression

Horrible app!! It won't let me sign in keeps telling me there's an error. I thought this would be easier but evidently it's not. Please fix these bugs! It's so inconvenient to have an app that doesn't work!!

Network error, user login failed, verification failed and this list goes on and on on app used to work fine until recently even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. If you have problems the first time just give up and use the browser

This app is the worst always says error connection. Is it a plot to make not pay on time and steal my money. If it's not it sure feels like it. Do better. Make it simple and easy. Again do better.

Not able to sign in. I've requested the verification number via text several times and it never works. It gives me an error message saying to check network connectivity.

Please check your internet connection, yes I have checked it, yes I have 2 valid connections, sigh guess I will just make payments from the online portal seems best with applications that don't work properly. Uninstalling this now.

Doesn't work. At first log in sends the code but says Network Issues, then Invalid code. I was never able to past the first log in screen.

Keeps saying no network connection or error wrong verification code. I did it with my wifi connected and without still the same problem.

I literally just downloaded it and it is already telling me that the verification code that they sent to my phone is wrong smh about to delete it not worth the hassle.

It doesn't work, I get the verification code, I enter it and it always gives me the error that I have no connection

Won't allow me to login with my fingerprint. Can't set up more than one payment

Mobile App will not allow login. I have contact customer support at least 6 times over the course of months. I have chatted online, emailed tweeted to company and no help. Just got off the phone, again, and still can not login in. Keep getting told to try again later.

I give it 3 stars because, while it gets the job of making a payment done quickly, more often than not it won't allow me to sign in to do that. I can click on the sign in boxes until I'm blue in the face and nothing will happen unless I hit "sign in" so it can tell me my credentials are invalid after not letting me enter my credentials in the first place. And I've had to uninstall and reinstall a few times when it starts saying the app isn't available. So, it gets 3 stars.

trying to make a payment with the app then it says payment error. It didn't go through. i tried two more times, results were the same. Thinking since its telling me that my payment wasn't going through, that they weren't going through. I tried for one last time then it says it went through. Monday i check my bank account and I'm hundreds of dollars over drafted from taking multipe payments. their system and app , or whatever the problem, needs to be resolved. should be a way of immediate refund

This app was helpful in the beginning its horrible now! It never opens it stays on the logo I've Uninstalled and reinstalled it 10 times! They charge you to set your date with a person but they charge when you go through the app the past 3 months I've had to go through a person and I have mentioned the problem each time and it's still not fixed. With as much as I'm paying for my vehicle I think this app should be working well for not just me but all of us it's pretty disappointing.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Westlake Financial. I pray that I have many more. I do make all my payments on time via the app so maybe that's why. I have paid two fees due to myself forgetting to transfer funds but I will recommend to anyone. The app is almost perfect but very basic. It do get the job done. I prefer the app than talking to reps tbh. Wish we were able to do a little more in the app though. The autopay don't bother me.

Still will not allow me to login. Doesn't recognize my password or account username after multiple attempts to reset.

Won't let me verify who I am it just says invalid verification code, expired code, or network error

App does not work network error no matter what I'm connected to whether mobile data or wifi will not let me log in

Will rerate when fixed, keeps telling I have network connectivity issues when I am in wifi at home and have a strong signal

Downloaded the app and registered my account. The first time I go to log on it says I need to enter a code that can be sent to me text or email I tried it bot ways multiple times both ways and keep getting a error message that says code fail. This app is totally useless.

Pretty straightforward app for paying your loan and watching your balance go down. My only current grip is that the fingerprint login no longer works.

Unorganized Hot Garbage. Just untill now it wouldnt let me make an extra payment with the same bank account and forced me to use a debit card. You cant even cancel automatic bank transfer in app.

They are ontop of their stuff, the reps have gotten way better over the last year, and customer service is always fast and easy to get too!
