Overall, it's a prettt good app. Checking accounts and transferring money is really simple. Some critiques tho: it has just randomly started crashing and will not open no matter how much restart the app. I can't seem to redownload it either. I also find it weird you can't change your password from inside the app; you have to go in a branch and change it there. Lastly, it seems the app (or maybe WCU in general) is incompatible with other financial apps like Digit and Mint. Otherwise its great!
Overall I really like the application with one major frustration and that is that buttons when active still appear to be grayed out to a certain extent. It would be much more helpful if the buttons were darker when they were available. Thanks!
It's not bad, it does the job and work well. I really like the fingerprint ability, it makes things go smoother. Other than that the app could use a little updating, it kinda looks like an employees computer side rather than a consumer app. 👍
Simple and easy user experience. Mobile deposit and internal transfers always work great. Would love to see pending transactions and bill pay be added to the mix. Currently these features are only available from my laptop or through a browser on my phone.
Simple and easy way to view my bank account info. The finger print recognition is a nice bonus as well! It even shows my ledger vs. Actual balance which is nice to know. Can also deposit checks from this app! Would recommend to any westmark members.
This is a basic App, with basic functionality. When I've had questions, the local branch on west Broadway supports and resolves those questions. It's a solid team with great customer service. Have had no issues with the app, I'm happy with it! 😁
I am extremely frustrated with the app. More often than I'd prefer, I truly can't access my account. It will tell me it can't verify my account, which is insane. I've had a savings account with them since I was little. I've been trying to get into my account for about a day and a half now. I suppose when it does work, it works well enough. But the fact it doesn't work at least once every 2 months is infuriating.
This app is great. I use it all the time. I travel all over the US and Canada. I can make changes before I make purchases, so I can keep a low funds in my Checking account. Transfer when I need to.
i LOVE this mobile banking app, its easy to use, so helpful, and transfers immediately kick in. If you forget your password it can be a little bit of a hassle to get back into it, but its not too bad. Still love this app so much!
The app takes forever. It's pretty glitchy. And always tells me my password is wrong even though I can still sign in on the desktop version. I haven't had the best experience with the app.
Easy to use. Well set up. Instant balance allows a quick glance without having to fully login. If you use westmark, you should definitely have the app.
Doesn't work half the time. Currently going on 2 days every the app won't even open. The splash screen pops up and then it shuts down. Rebooted, cleared cache, nothing has helped.
Its a really good app and simple wich i love, not all crazy complicated, and this bank is amazing ive been with these guys since i was 16 they've been straight with me in answering my questions on banking, and with loans. The reason for the 4 star is sure they're great. . . but as always there can always be room for improvement.
my only issue is it sometimes takes days for a transaction to show up. with USAA all transactions show up instantly. All in all it is very useful and easy to use.
I like this app for transferring money and setting up payments. It would get full marks if I could name my different savings accounts so I could keep them straight in my mind.
I don't like that you have to call them to sign in when you answer your security question incorrect. I also don't like that you have to call to activate your mobile check deposit. Otherwise great app.
This app is pretty great. I can deposit checks through the app, transfer money between my accounts, and keep an eye on my money. I like it!
Worst banking app I've ever used. Have to call and reset passwords constantly. No way to email loan officers for info before applying for loans. Love westmark as a bank, but this app needs serious work.
Convenient and straightforward. This app has been time saving and the instant balance is a great feature.
it beats my other bank hands down deposited checks make transfers whatever you need to get done I betcha this does it and they are more than happy to help you set it up at the branch love this credit union !!! and the app!

very limited account access. basically just good for checking balance and transfers.
Most of the time of this is a very easy to use app. Occasionally I have trouble so it's very slow and drags. That is the reason for four stars
The only thing I would like to add to this app is a calculator so I don't have to log in and out while doing my banking. But other than that, it works great and is easy to navigate.
As if the app isn't already constantly down, I haven't been able to log in for over a week now. Thank you Westmark, very cool 😎
Westmark helped me install the app & it was so easy to use.... very intuitive! I should have been using it sooner.
Had a few software errors every now and then but nothing that has ever gotten in the way of the main function of the app :)
This app has some catching up to do to compete with the other local credit unions who have much more convenient platforms. All others I've used allow you to have at least up to $200 of a mobile deposit available immediately. This one depends on someone during work hours to verify it first, causing a huge delay. Also, I haven't found any way to transfer money through the app to someone else's account other than as a bill pay for a $14 fee. Also doesn't show pending transactions.
