A convenient app, but still has room for improvements. 1. It would be great to have notifications sent via sms. 2. It is only limited to one account, which is unfortunate for those of us that have multiple accounts. 3. It is very inconvenient to keep clearing my background app in order to access the app again without signing out.Please provide an option whether to keep me signed in or to auto sign out when the app closes. 4. Provide a tab that has links to services that the app does not cover.
I use the app mainly for checking my balance and transferring balance into my mpaisa account. The app always fails to work whereby a pop-up message says check internet connection eventhough I use wifi and as for transferring balance into another bank account there is a requirement for a pin code which never arrives through sms. The functionality of the app is just bad and needs to be upgraded. It works sometimes but most of the time it doesn't work.
Hopeless app...Westpac service I should say! I have been using this app for almost a 2 years now..limited to very less issues encountered but when I need this app the most to pay up my bills etc from home during this time it basically tells me that 'my mobile has changed therefore I need to visit their nearest branch or call whatsoever number', as if I'm not going to be charged for it. What does change of mobile has to do with the registration of this app. PS: MY MOBILE NOR THE # HAS CHANGED!
Need a lot of Improvements: 1. We need to be able to view our transaction records and history 2. If we make a mistake on a transfer, we will not be able to know ASAP as we cannot check on transfers that have just completed. 3. Take a look at ANZ banking app, they have a section there where we can mail staff of any queries we have and they usually respond quickly (I dont work for ANZ btw)
This app should allow the option to do Digicel card top-ups as well as many people in Fiji are using Digicel now. Also we should have the option to properly view our bank statements online. Even the transactions often are shown in a haphazard manner with the dates all mixed up.
Top up feature is not working. The field in which you enter the amount does not allow for any input. Please fix this. Otherwise it is a handy app although I wish the payee names would show o the app history rather than the account numbers - people are not numbers.
Absolutely rediculous way to register knowing that prepaid phone contacts can change frequently. In this modern high tech era, Westpac's inability to send one time password on overseas numbers reflects its short sightedness. Westpac needs to catch up with this. I hope developers can take a leaf out of Westpac Australia's apps and make things simple or even see how functional and userfriendly BSP and ANZ apps are. No wonder the banking queues in this bank end up on roads.
I cant seem to log in even though i have been using internet banking. It says i need to register even my mobile has been registered already. Pls can you upgrade it so new users like us can use this app. Vinaka. Hope other pending issues raised has been sorted also
It's a headache having this app When I first got this I loved it becoz I can recharge and pay my bills etc Suddenly there was an error check your connectivity which was ok and within seconds its telling me that my number has changed(are you kidding me westpac) come on I'm now thinking of changing my bank
I don't know whether I registered wrong but I've done it twice and the same jotification pops up, saying that I need to register. I dialed the number provided etc, and it says I "Thank you" once I try it with the app it doesnt go through
No exception at all..the app it's not even working..need some help with it..my network connection is perfectly fine something is wrong with the app..thanks
Needs minor improvement. When transferring to external banks from Westpac account, only a numeric keyboard is displayed. An alphanumeric keyboard is required as some external bank accounts id's (account numbers) have both alphabets and numerals eg. HFC Bank Fiji otherwise an ok app
Good enough. But still has to work on the various bugs. Also add options to send money to other mpaisa numbers.
It doesn't work. Every time I try to log in, it says check your network connectivity and then logs me out. Please upgrade
Fix bug and update the balance with latest balance. Record the transaction for every transactions taken.
Great app... convenient and efficient! Can keep tabs on your account, transfer money around, transfer to your Mpaisa as well! And top up fone👍👍👌
The app is really good and convenient but it should also made available in huawei app gallery for huawei users who do not have Google play services in their mobiles.
Lacks some functions.. Please allow users to screenshot payments like other banks do... its very inconvenient when we want to show we made a payment bt we dnt have any bank reference.
Logs are not sorted. Logs appears and disappears arbitrarily. 1/10 rating
Cannot send money to top up my digicel number. I send $10 to top up my digicel phone lastweek, up until now there's no money topped up for my digicel
There is no transaction log for credit and debit transactions. Please improve this application.
Cannot login now after update...tried uninstalling n reinstalling still doesnt work....initially it was fine...pls fix asap
I have a bank with wespac.I have installed the app but couldn't access through.i was being blocked for no reason. I have called the customer service team and was advised that it will be unblocked in the next hour.So i had to wait.After attempting in that nxt hour it was still blocked.This is so shameful. Customer Service Team and this app itself is Not delivering its 100% Service. So sad😔
It's a great app and having statements on you phone is fantastic!
