To use the WestStar Credit Union Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a WestStar Credit Union Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

The UI for the new app (and site) is pretty good. I like the simplicity of the dashboard overview, and the detailed view of the side menu. There are a couple of small bugs with the UI, but overall quite nice. Oh, and it's nominally faster than before. that's the best part.
Works well ... Thanks ... Suggestions for improvement... The app integrates all existing accounts for one user...which is fine however does not allow for clear viewing(selection) of the same... While doing a transfer as a result of which it is possible to transfer funds to a account that one might now have intended to. While this is possible to rectify once a user is aware of this happening by verifying existing funds in the destination account.
This is not a great app. Hardly ever works for me. The past week whenever I open it, it freezes my whole phone and I have to restart my phone. In the past, wouldnt update to show my balance and would freeze while in the app.

Love this app, and have been with this Credit Union for over 15yrs and have always been treated with the very best of care. I travel all over the United States and still have never had a problem, moved out out of the state of Nevada and have still receive the same level of care and respect as if I walk into the branch. The staff are amazing and always go the extra mile to help you with what ever you needs are. Thank you all so much for always being so nice and helpful.
This app is convenient IF you don't use all the free transfers. Makes no sense why the transfers are limited. They should be unlimited for members. Makes me feel I'm being "nickle & dimed" when its MY money in the first place.
Always an error updating. I like the idea of using it but guess I'll continue to stick to the old school pen and paper transaction record. I hate writing in those tiny boxes
Once set up easy to use and transfer funds from account. Haven't figured out yet how to rename accounts. I'm doubled up on simple checking name
Pretty much everything you need in a banking app. Scanning checks doesn't work 100% of the time but there are so many ATMs in network we can usually one when necessary
I love this app. Online banking made easy. Customer Rep. Are always there when you need help and are very respectful. Keep up the good work.
I love the new app! So easy and fast. Never any lags or connection problems.
Requires many clicks to get to basic information, much worse than the previous app. Check deposits rarely work.

Can't see updated balance or transactions...just spinning circles!!! Was great until today.
So far this app seems a lot more user friendly than the last one. It was super easy to "enroll". My review will stay 5 stars as long as it isnt such a pain in the butt to log in like it was on the other app.
Can't enroll to login on this app, to even use this app. The last app Weststar developed, was also horrible at logging/useage too. Dissapointing :(

This app is a massive step in the right direction. love how much better it functions and it is much more user friendly.
I like the app but I am not able to sign out of it and that makes me wonder if it ever closes when I'm out of the app. I'm worried about hackers

I really like the ease of this app. Works for everything I need.
Overall this app is great and easy to use. If you're a sloppy teen, weary traveler, busy person, parent, or even a mad scientist that wants control at the touch of a finger, this app is great for you, unless you're a sketchy conspiracy-robots are taking over guy . All the time I used it, I only ran into one slight problem which was most likely due to bad internet.
