You can't even make payments on the app or make transfers from checking to savings. Always have to get on an actual computer.
"New & improved" is not useful to most users. Has features that are not usable & totally dislike the "new" look. Thought my account had been hijacked. Change it back
I have enjoyed have Weststar credit union handling all of my financial needs.

The mobile deposit has never worked, 2 different phones and multiple lighting shots
Been trying since I downloaded this app. That was my main reason for using this thing.
Havnt been able to make mobile deposits for the last month, tried two different phones, and lots of different lighting. Please fix soon.
This app is no longer used by Weststar. It should be removed from the Play Store.

I was excited to learn that WSCU has an actual banking app but was disappointed at the fact that I keep getting a login error. I am entering my credentials correctly. Please fix!

Can't access messages via mobile app, have to use full desktop site for messages. Fix, and allow edit personal Info (phone/address/etc) and you get 5*
Always have a hard time trying to do eveything on the app. locks me out every time . Worse credit palce ever mever again
I am not terribly happy with the updated app. I'm repeatedly trying to use mobile deposit. .first time was ok. It took several times but I finally got photo to be accepted. Now I'm trying again and have been trying all day and despite clear picture I get "attempt failed ". Very frustrating.
