We arrived in Turin airport at 10pm and need to go to a hotel in the mountain and the app did its job
Had an issue with the app not allowing me to enter my phone number. Contacted the developer via email. Received a response and a solution within 48 hours. Excellent customer service!
Excellent, price and driver
The experience with wetaxi was phenomenal. I could book taxi in Italy without any problems.
Taxis keep canceling if they can even find one and they charge more than usual.
The best thing about we taxi is the fixed price... On other taxi they charge more than it shows.

Taxi Prices Inflated af.
The app showed 4 min waiting time, which turned into "soon" and 20-25 min later the driver still didn't show up. I tried to call and it went directly to voice mail. When i cancelled the ride, i got penalised €5 for cancelling. I complained and got a report number + an email that i have been refunded, which never happened. I would say this is a scam, but i saw cars with their sticker in Rome, so maybe it was just my case. Still, will never book again through this app.

Fast, easy and I love that the rider was able to change route and adjust the price of the ride on the go as the destination we needed to go to changed after we booked.
