Nice interface and very intuitive. Saves me so much hassle especially since the VAT queues in Heathrow are so long!
Excellent personal service and easy to use. Uploading invoice copies is easy - I made some last minute purchases on the morning of my departure from France and was worried as WeVAT recommend allowing a few hours for an invoice to be approved. I used live chat and Walter verified the invoice quickly for me so I was able to generate my refund form before arriving at the Eurostar terminal
