When I first signed on, the initial email I was using wasn't working. So I had to create a new account. Sometimes the posts are very slow to load. Finally, you can't copy text in your messages. This makes it very difficult when you need a translation. I have to manually type words I need translated or use the email notification (which defeats the whole purpose of having the app). Since you are a global company I think you might want to consider this feature (highlight and copy text).
Does not work. Can't log in. Reseting password, clearing cache, and uninstalling did not work. 1/28/21 app still does not work. Either it says the wrong password has been entered repeatedly (even though the password is correct), or it logs in briefly (less than a second) and then crashes back to log in screen.
App implementation is REALLY poor. Examples: anytime you receive a notification (android notification) related to your own building, you end up struggling to find that particular notification within the app; continuous notification of a new message which was read months ago; continuous log off in the app for no reasons, Etc. Etc. Poor implementation and time loss.
No way to sign up with current app version. Can only log in, even though the newly install app references sign up. Attempted to use my email address and got a "oops something went wrong " error on log in, no actionable diaglog. I can't do on demand via the website, so I'm locked out of that for now.
Terrible app! Every time you try to log in to try to get to a city and book your space, and ends up taking you back. It tries to constantly take you on the social media feed. I don't need that! I just need to use my app to book of space and work. It's a ridiculous app. Because no matter how many times you try to book a space in the place you want to go to, it automatically takes you to booking a conference room. I don't want to do that I would just like a hot desk or a space to work. Terrible
This app is terrible. Does not let me register my keycard. Also after signing off and signing back on it won't accept my password. Tried resetting it, nothing works. Wasted 20 minutes trying to set my account up. I've never had so many issues with an app before.
Comically bad. If you click forgot password, it sends you an email with a link. Clicking that link sends you to Chrome but their website won't let you visit on mobile, so redirects you to the app where you're instructed to log in. Repeat a few times, brand new.phone crashes. If you do manage to get in, you can book rooms but not desks. iPhone app is night abd day in comparison.
Having the same issue as other people. Became an all access member and installed and each time I login it refreshes back to the login page again. Haven't been able to use it yet and need to open my laptop to book a desk each morning. Happy to be contacted to help trouble shoot if need be. Will update once I get a chance to use it.
such a big company and 3rd class app. why membership cancellation option isn't there ? guys be careful. cancellation of membership is the hardest things when u sign up with we work. I wish we work would have made that process as simple as signing up. the lack of cancellation makes them look like scammers. also the app keep crashing on my Samsung note 9.
I wanted to register my access card through the app. But couldn't use the feature as it is always saying can't use this feature on a rooted device. Interestingly my device is not rooted and now I am blocked. No alternative solution. Terrible.
Does not work on Android. Constantly freezes and doesn't allow most functionality. "Delete and re-download" is the only tech fix they offer, but it doesn't solve anything.
No way to create account only to login. Immediately lost any of my business. If you can't put an app on the play store that doesn't have a way to sign up then one wonders what else is wrong. I mean this is like super basic business 101. Lots of people saying the same thing. Get someone to put an app onto a phone and tell the developers to sort this out.
edit: Omg, they listened! Complete rebuild of the app, as I've suggested for years. Seems to work fine, so up my star rating goes. Not to 5 stars, because of slightly inconsistent UX, but hey, nobody's perfect.
Forced to download the app. Cheap way to increase number of downloads. Verification still fails and then they register key card manually which somehow isn't possible before you download the app. Also mandates id and photo without explaining security.
Laughably bad. Had to uninstall and reinstall to get it to launch. Failed logins show a toast message that says "HTTP 403" and then disappears. "Honesty Market" feature failed to pay for anything. Believes I'm in a city that's across the country.
Doesn't seem to work. Unlike others I've logged in, but it just says "Something went wrong" and shows HTTP 404 error. --Edit: emailed app-feedback as suggested, thanks.
Unable to login with correct credentials
Update: I saw a different error yesterday (incorrect credentials) so decided to uninstall and reinstall the app (probably the 5th time) and it worked. I was able to book desks. Thank you! Keeps asking me to login over and over again. I entered my credentials and it would just show me a glimpse of the dashboard before asking me to enter my credentials again. Gave up after the 10th time.
