TERRIBLE. JUST TERRIBLE! my work just recently switched over a month ago. downloaded the app and was able to log in ONCE and Played with the app for a few minutes. ever since the initial set up and log in, I cannot get back in! it only shows me a blank white screen after log in (if I can even log in). tried eveything. deleted the app. undid the URL link, talked to my work... nothing. nobody has been able to help me figure out what's happening. absolute trash.

Frustration! More often than not this app that's supposed to be convenient had me wanting to break my phone so I can tell my job I don't have one anymore and to give me speical accommodations. Took forever to let me log in, takes a long time to load, have no idea how to navigate the complicated mess to update contact info, and there is no quick help guide for these simple tasks. My training is to change my password until it works or uninstall and reinstall it repeatedly.

I actually cannot remember any time this app opened without buffering problems. I haven't been able to use this app to view my roster for next week for four days. Do I work? Who knows, this app certainly won't tell me. Also lost count the amount of times I couldn't punch on for a shift because the app simply won't work. Literally the worst app I have ever come across. Zero internet issues at play.

Frustrating! I hate it so much! I can't even pass the first part! I've been on this app for an hour trying to get this to work! It's keeps saying "unable to contact server." I Uninstalled so many times I even restarted my phone and nothing is working. I've tried to contact their customer service and nothing!

The interface looks like a monkey made it in a 3rd world internet cafe using clip art from MS Paint. The ENTIRE app in a labyrinth of menus and the majority of the Tabs, Tiles or Buttons are useless. The method of requesting time off is a joke and full of extra steps that could be solved easy by closing the app and asking the supervisor directly. Most of the headache this app provides can be solved with a hammer to my thumbs because it is so inoperable.

Started out okay, but for the last week whenever I open the app, a loading/buffering icon pops up and won't go away and I'm not able to punch in or do anything in the app. No matter how many times I've closed all apps or uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Pretty pointless.

Our work recently got this new clock in system and it goes through Kronos and it's garbage. I can't connect the company URL ever. Tried it multiple ways and it says it won't connect to the server. I download this app to even see if my work hours are being logged properly or if I'm being shorted on my paychecks. I have no proof to look it up now. And they want us to start using this app to switch and cover shifts. Not sure if it's on my jobs end but this app keeps crashing too. 🤷‍♀️

I have used the app for less that two days. It is barely a minimum viable product, ugly, poor user interface and terrible layout. I have already encountered two bugs within the app. It shows "today" as tomorrow on the shift preview. The bug report button doesn't work either!

New update looks great and all, but just make it work better. App "disconnects" on my lunch breaks and has lead to many late punches for my coworkers and I. And when the app disconnects, we have to completely close it and start over, rather than just pushing a 'connect' button. Rather steep learning curve for requesting time off as well. Needs quality of life updates, not pretty visuals.

It's. . . It's useful to say the least. It CONTANTLY looses connection to the server, and at least 10% of the time it won't register a punch if I don't tap it with atomic presicion or multiple times. When it does work, it works pretty well however. Edit: this app is one of the worst I have ever used. It constantly crashes out, it will disconnect me for randomly no reason at all. Furthermore there are times it will claim I am outside of the geofence area when I am clearly within the boundaries.

This app is terrible. Functionality, usability, everything. When you can get it to load, the user interface was designed by someone with no idea what a schedule should look like. It is not user friendly. Fr the management side, you can't even view your team's shifts in chronological order. But that's if you can even get the page to load.

This app is worthless. I had to download it for work because they switched from the Branch app. Just one week in, and the app won't open. And if you try to Google troubleshooting, you get a site with useless information like it may be an issue with your phone or internet connection, and a bunch of posts saying they have the same white box loading issue. They offer no help whatsoever. How the hell do I find my schedule if my boss doesn't post a paper copy?! Just worthless...

every once in a while it will start to load and it'll just stop working. I've figured out that going into settings and doing a "force stop", leaving it for 5 minutes, and then trying to open it again works, but tbh, if i didn't need it for work it would already be gone.

Not remotely user friendly. Extremely confusing to read. Not helpful at I hate it. Maybe a spreadsheet would be significantly better than the layout used. Absolutely hate it and I want something far more user friendly.

Frustrating and clunky. You have to log in every time you open the app and there's no option to save password. The app is complicated to navigate and messy looking.

Having the app is convenient when clocking in and out at work. But I think that it is wrong that I can see requests that my fellow coworkers are making. For example, I got notifications on my phone this morning about a coworker changing her availability. That is none of my business so why did that even show up?

It's great, when it let's me in...half the time, it acts like it's loading forever - this happens on a regular basis...so, it can be frustrating to say the least - but, as it is for work, I keep using it (when I can)....mind you, this is ongoing - after updates and all.

Not terrible but it's UI has too many features and booking days off is a hassle because everyone is going to want to use the "paid time off" button, but that's only for full time staff and not part time...who are the majority to use it. Additionally you guys need to make it save the Lbrand login data, like every other app does these days. I grow tired of typing it in everytime I want to see my schedule.

It's supposed to be better than what my company used to use but it constantly freezes when i try to look at the manage schedule. Maybe it's because i have a Samsung and not an iphone but that shouldn't matter can you please fix the freezing and the forced closes of the app.

I can not get into the app at all to find out my work schedule. I have tried over and over. Even uninstalled and reinstalled and it keeps telling me there's a server error try again in 30 seconds. Please fix it quick.

This is not an app. It's a link to a website. This only opens the workforce dimensions website. There's always several open web pages when I'm using it, depending on what you are doing. Punch in/ out. Breaks in/out. Editing a missed punch etc....

Nothing but a frustrating, awful user experience since this software was forced upon the company I work for. Countless times I tried to log in, even with correct credentials, and couldn't get into my account. Then I was eventually locked out and forced to reset my password, which I am unable to do because of an "Invalid token" according to the page. This is one of the most clunky pieces of scheduling software I've ever used. Nothing but bad things to say about this atrociously designed app

I think this is the worst app that I have ever installed. It gave me problems with my password and resetting my password like 15 times even after installing and uninstalling and reinstalling. The only reason I gave it one star is because it wouldn't allow me to post if I didn't!
