Unable to update my debit card. Uninstalled. Difficult to get lights on your home when the system gives you trouble. Going to the company webpage isn't much easier. Three to four pages to open before you're able to make a payment? Unexceptable. Most people don't have time to sit and wait for tabs to open just so they can add their account number/PW. Be really nice to do it all on one page.

It would be nice to see my daily usage in dollars and cents and not just a graph in kilowatts. Never have been able to get text alerts.
