App initially was not opening on newer Android operating systems. As of November 17, 2020, that glitch has been corrected. App is working as needed.
Getting an error, app won't let me log in. Did it on old phone, and now on the new one. Erased and reloaded app. Error: "HDPIA0100E an internal error occured"
I'm on a Google Pixel 2 and nothing seems to work. It won't even open after installation. I've tried updating my phone, rebooting phone, multiple installs and then subsequent removals from my phone. Any ideas?
It crashes on s20 ultra and also no one seems to care. It's been months like this. Last updated was Dec 2018. If this is discontinued please remove from app store.
App very rarely works. It always tells me to log off other computers when every other computer I have is turned off. I'll give another month and then I'll delete if it's not rectified.
Why does it say I'm unauthorized to log in? I tried using my agent ID and password which is the same on the launch site. I will change my rating once I receive a response. Thank you!

Appears to be stable on my S71 for the first time in months. Thanks, Developer Team. I'll keep an eye on it for the next 3 months and revise my review accordingly.
This app used to open on my Samsung Note 9 and now it no longer opens, it crashes when I try to open it. When will there be a fix for it?
