From the very first day that the app format was changed, I have had problems. Problems scrolling, moves slower than before, having trouble getting out and then the whole screen goes black and takes around 20-30 seconds for my home screen to reappear. The only problem I had before the app was changed was so much misspelled and misapplied words.¹
Love being able to hear, or read, the news throughout the day as things happen. News 2 is my favorite, my go to channel. I love everyone on there. Y'all act like one big family and I really love that. Even if you're not that fond of someone, you don't show it when you're live and reporting the news. You just all seem very close. Keep up the good work. I'm 61 and have watched News 2 for as long as I can remember, back as far as Middle School. I plan on watching it the rest of my life. ♥
An informative app that keeps me up to date with not only my local news and weather, but important events happening around the world!
Disappointing. The headline received by notification most likely will not be the story that appears when the notification is opened. Videos will have a conflicting story beneath them. 8/20 update: took away one star as the app returns to the last story read even if you return home before closing the app.
I really like the mobile app, however whoever does the app in roku, needs to step it up. it's terrible most of the time. There will be videos of some news clips that no sound. some clips on it are several days old. Glad mobile app at least works.
I enjoy the news 2, staff and it's reporters,who work diligent to bring us the up to date News and Weather reports. It's a great sources of information on all the local and national news. From the covid-19 and vaccines availability., To President Bidein and what's going on at the White House. And all the others things in between. I find it informative, and useful.
No content, just ads. Everytime I open something new I get an ad. Then when it finally opens it's either something old or a live view out the window. Never could find any news.
Hard to explain, it's like you have to open the app everytime and you might want to ask a question OR answer an survey, and by the time you have to go to playstore!! JUST to open it- it takes too long and then they done moved on to another subject, or it's simply just too late. I have an android

New update stinks The old app was very user friendly and you could read the font. Now you need a magnifying glass to even see the writing. Several things are missing like Mr Food for the day. I won't be using this anymore. What a shame, it WAS the best news app, but not anymore.
I love this News 2 App. It's especially helpful when it alerts me to severe weather such as tornado warnings in my area. This gives me time to get to a safer place while also still getting live stream video weather updates.
Please answer your viewers questions on here. I don't have one but others do. *Professionalization. Surely y'all have a App-tech-team? *4-star because I cant get the App. The app reads "not available in my country" However, I love WFMY2. I watch every morning. Also really enjoy the weekend show, and hosts. Love Christian. He does a fantastic job at keeping us up on daily weather. Dependable staff, dependable Station. I grew up with WFMY2. My late fathers favorite news of all. *Fix App* 💙
i opted to ONLY receive notifications about weather, but they still send me ALL notifications. i was in the middle of a severe storm & had to watch a 30 sec ad that i couldn't skip before i could see if i needed to get to safety.
Horrible user interface with recent update. No search feature... have to scroll through every story to find what you are looking for. Horrible update.

Have watched and trusted WFMY all my life and I'm almost 65 years old. I'm very pleased to find a reliable app that keeps me informed during the times TV isn't accessible.
Gives you notifications but you have to find the story once the app opens. Not easy to navigate.
Alot of bugs in this recent update i loved the simple interface now nothing works right cant even get a simple weather map to run correctly ...uninstalling
Wonderful & informative. Have always preferred this news station every since I moved here 35 yrs ago. It's a family experience. Still enjoy the news on this station.
I am impressed when I go.onto news 2 app it greets me in the evening, with a picture of Jefferson building, so refreshing to see it especially when everyone is under the stay at home laws due to corvid 19. Keep up the great work everyone 🙏🇺🇸❤🌹🙏
a much improved upgrade. Easy to navigate and find the stories and weather i want to see.
Really happy with prior version, but no longer works on my Galaxy S 5. Guess I'll have to switch over to WGHP. Please don't change the weather radar app!!!
Slow, buggy and sends notifications with them all turned off. Probably delete it soon.
I enjoy news 2. The staff is very good. They are very professional at there work. And they are funny at times. I been watching them for many years. They care about people. And they give you the facts.
App keeps freezing up. News stories freeze up for at least 2 days now. I reinstalled but no better.
The only and most accurate weather, and top notch news. The News team kees everyone up to date on the Coronavirus and up to date on other news! Totally love it!!
Love this instant access to news and local weather. Used quite a bit over our recent ice storm. Yes I would recommend.
Great app are allowed on it every day for information on what's going on always up-to-date and always honsr. Very easy to use.
I like the news but mostly tune in for weather. However it takes forever for a video to come up once i select it and half the time it has glitches. Radar on weather map needs work. Sometimes it is raining outside and map doesnt show any clouds and navigation is choppy when i try to see where clouds are coming from and where they are headed. But overall, this is closest to home and i do get what I'm wanting from this app most of the time.
