WFTV Channel 9 Weather

I install the app. After 5 days it stops working, so i delete it. A day later i install it again. 5 days later it stops working. And so it goes week after week. So, why do i install it? I like the 48 hourly forcast. Its not perfect, but its there.

I like this app but I really wish that the radar would give more than just a 1 hour range so that you could plan accordingly. Other than that it's a good app to have.

App locks up when held to select a widget. Once selected and placed, it's just a jumbled up blank card with sections where the info *should* be located. Won't release widget select without restarting phone. And when the widget may work for a bit, it stops and goes back to the jumbled blank described earlier. ***UNINSTALLING*** As this ap has turned out to be completely unreliable and useless. Also the sound selections are far too faint, even at full volume I CAN NOT HEAR ANY OF THEM! Bye!

Takes forever to load the app. You can see the ads but not the radar or forecast! It makes the app pointless. Very disappointing from WFTV. However, I find this to be the trend with other weather apps as well. If you can't pull up the radar if you hear thunder to see what direction the storms are going - what's the point?? Un-installing!

This app does everything it's intended to. The only downside is the temp display on the lock screen and notification bar. It only displays an updated temp of you open the app. It doesn't work in real time. Android Version 11.

Been my favorite weather app for a long time but lately the notifications gave been out of control. Down from 4 stars to 2. I don't need four notifications a day about a Tropical Storm that's still 5 days away. I'd like to be able to keep notifications for acute sever weather like tornadoes turned on while silencing the "its going to rain on the drive home today" just like every other summer day in the history of Florida kind of stuff.

Same old problem with the radar map customization. When you try to drag a weather condition box it puts the box on the left side of your fingertip but you need to slide it to the right edge of the screen to lock it in. It's infuriating. FIX THIS.

Love the update! Great improvements for a total redesign. The UI is nice and clean. Also love the new little weather widget in the notification drawer that stays updated. That's more efficient than the other weather widgets I was using, so I just got rid of them.

App keeps stopping, won't even open now. I have uninstalled & re-installed several times, same thing all over again. Even with all the annoying ad banners everywhere, this used to be an awesome app and the radar was amazing. Now it's unusable. So dissappointed.

Very nice weather app but could not turn off annoying audio notifications on Android tablet. Yes, I turned off all notifications inside the app but it still kept annoying notification reminders every few minutes. Would not recommend if you want peace and solitude.

The 24/7 live weather showed news of a launch and no mention of the hurricane offshore. "Live" footage of Daytona beach with sun shining -it was 9pm. App can't be trusted for up to date info during hurricane season. The push notifications did alert immediately when tornado watch began but I still do not feel confident relying on this app for the latest information.

Excellent app. Easy to use, accurate. I'd like for the developers to consider adding a current UV rating. The central Florida sun can be unexpectedly harsh, especially in the summertime.

Recently the app doesn't load any data, whatsoever way too often. This is dangerous, considering the importance of weather information, especially in a state like Florida. You need to fire whoever's in charge of maintaining this app and bring responsibility back again to your station.

This app... isn't good. It constantly crashes, and its always glitchy. When its working its reliable, but more often than not, I'm always running into problems.

We have watched WFTV on air for years. This a Totally useless app. Too many videos... most duplicated 4-5 times. Too much sponsored advertising. Not much local relevant news. When did reporting turn into marketing. Deleting app and going back to watching other sources.

So far the only items consistently in English are the commercials. Most clips are in Spanish. I can't find any way to select English and my Spanish is not up to the challenge.

Not very accurate. You have to keep checking to see updated status. Channel 6 has better accurate information. At times the tv station says storms but app say partly cloudy. If you offer an app you need better info.

Edit. Needs an update. Keeps stopping when going into it. Very annoying Like the app. Need to fix it so that you are able to see the "feels like temp" though.

Used to work great. Recently, no data appears...just ads. No radar. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Same thing happening on another famiky member's phone. Worthless!

Love the Florida weather live there for 16 years.

Great graphics with accurate reports,no problems ever. Get severe weather alerts and more. The only weather app I use everyday.

While I do like this app, I find many times the radar doesn't match what's happening in my town. Many times you call for rain and there is none, or rain when it's sunny. I do know that if the wind kicks up, it can change things.

App I.T. is good. Channel 9 weather meterologist some of the best. Graphics of radar very good along with the other demographics that are available with radar and forecast. Keep up the good work and updates for this app

Works well for weather information, but when I try to watch the live news, the video keeps freezing and I end up missing most of it just restarting the app
