I love listening to the radio portion but it continuously stops and starts. Not sure if this is a buffering issue but highly annoying. My connection isnt impeded by anything. Happens on wifi and 4g connections.
Casting function is undependable. Does not have a setting for over WiFi only, so randomly jumps to wireless. Unfortunately, wfyi doesn't operate over tunein any more. Guess I'll have to dig out the clock radio..
The app stops receiving or the sending server stops periodically for up to 10 minutes, usually right at a very interesting point in a story. Wish I could give negative points.
Always informative. They actual report the news not commentate and insert their own personal opinions.
Many of the links end up as error pages. Headlines can't be read in full. Some stories autostart audio, and continually play... Not standard.
This app is even better than the NPR app. I get local Indianapolis and Indiana state news along with national news. You are able to watch all PBS programming free no subscription needed. Great job everyone who took part in making this app.
The feed stops and reloads with an ad making me miss a minute or more of a program. This happens multiple times during a program
Overall, this app is okay. My past issues w/ it had been that it would'nt respond appropriately to certain buttons when pressed.
Experienced a weird problem where the application was consuming over 10% of my battery without even being open. Love wfyi but can't have it killing my battery life.
Stops around every 10 minutes, right in the middle of stories. This was on wifi and off.
Hard to log out
sometimes it's difficult to get it started and then it doesn't stay connected it could be my inexperience
Would be better if it wasn't randomly interrupted with commercials.
Frequently drops connection. Then runs an add EVERY TIME the connection is reestablished.
