WGCU Public Media App
The WGCU Public Media App allows you to listen to WGCU live, pause and rewind the live audio, and view the program schedule for the WGCU stream all at once! You can explore On Demand content, search for stories, bookmark a story for later, and wake up to WGCU with the alarm clock!
Live Streaming

App constantly cuts out even when I'm in close proximity to Wi-Fi. Additionally, it would be nice if the app remembered my last session so I don't have to go in and hit three different buttons to get back to live radio.
Every time I venture out of the News, I find exciting, interesting, and thought provoking issues, music, spiritual and subject matters to stimulate my intellectual curiosity and feed my soul! It's a great app and I keep getting better at navigating it.
Occasionally the audio on the live portion will just stop for no reason. This can be frustrating! Otherwise the app gives me what I need, access to my NPR.
I love listening to NPR radio (mostly in my car). I have learned so many interesting things from the broadcasts. I have found myself laughing out loud while driving listening to both wait wait and car talk.
Difficult to know what to choose, so many and no particular consistent pattern, how to get to live ongoing NPR.?? I continue to not be able to connect to fgcu/npr I see the radio icon at bottom of page and have clicked on it but no sound ?
Best radio station : informative, objective, professional. Public radio should be supported! Thank you for all you do.
They Blocked user-agent so I can't use my Xialive app to play the stream anymore... Why create artificial restrictions to steer customers to use this app?????????? 1 star and uninstall... Performance is sluggish too... No thanks!!!!
There are many places I don't have a handy FM radio. This app allows me to pick up the WGCU programing with about a 2-minute delay. I

Public radio in name only. Much too conservative for anyone coming to Florida on their local coverage and conversations. Disappointing
I'm sorry I don't care for the new app. The previous app was easier to view and figure out the schedule.
Update is very confusing. Takes too many steps to get to the radio.
Play button upon returning from a phone call is really sticky and or unresponsive all the time.

I've been listening to public radio since I was 12; I'm now 49. This app gives me all the news that I need.
App continually cuts out or drops. Very annoying
