Unbelievably slow. Crashes constantly. Takes forever to launch after loading screen. Multiple times when home screen eventually launches a mesaage is displayed saying "Network not available" And that happens while any other app on the phone works smoothly with the current internet connection.
A very useful app,it has not disappointed me yet. I have saved a lot of money with the codes they provide. For all the people complaining for the language, if you want to use it stay in the country and learn Greek. The only problem is that sometimes you stay for about 2 minutes watching yhe logo in the start.
Just slow and unresponsive. There is no point in having an app that needs restarting 4-5 times in order to eventually work. It would be faster to change my number, install a new app, and do my task rather than waiting for this app to work properly. I have re-install it multiple times and nothing. Working on a Samsung S9. Try harder Cosmote.
Half of the times I need this app it doesn't work. There's always a problem when I want to buy a package. As a result I cannot call anyone or I'm without Internet until the app is "fixed" or until I go to a shop and bother an employee to do sth so simple for me.
The app literally just took 12 euro on it's own without asking, I wanted a 10 euro transaction. I know 2 euro isnt a big deal but just the fact that it didnt even ask which pack I wanted is outrageous.
I am still waiting for the full English version of this application . Only few parts get translated.
Can't see an option to change language in the app. Terrible for tourists. Will update if I find a way.
It would be great if it worked for 2 sims at the same time, especially since they are from the same service provider and of the same kind.
The sms code isn't sent. I don't know what to do. Terrible app which crashes every time I open.
Great app for what's up subscribers. Little to no ads and simple design that everyone can understand.
The gifts given are awesome but most of the times it lags and developers really need to work on the big issues more. Overall: great service but the app itself needs some changes.
Everything is fine, but adding English Language is highly recommended
PayPal payment option doesn't work, it's loads forever
Functional and feature-rich, though the UI could be less bloated and more to the point. Today I experienced buggy behavior (card number was marked as invalid) while trying to add to my balance using VISA Debit. I managed to complete the transaction using another card (MasterCard). I really think the app would benefit greatly from a minimal UI, both in terms of UX and performance. I understand that the overall design caters to the youngest possible audience, but the actual What's Up demographics are not what they used to be 10 years ago.
The application almost never works. Usually it gets stuck at the very first screen before it even loads anything. If it actually loads, then nothing usually works. You have to close it and open it again at least 5 times and if you are lucky enough and have recently reset the application data it may eventually do what you are trying to achieve. Especially when the application needs to do something related to your contacts it almost never works. It also gets your mobile phone (flagship) stuck.
Most of the times I have problems accessing the app. Tried restarting my phone, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, and connect with wifi/data. Nothing works and it has been like this since yesterday with the same pop up message that something went wrong. This is a recurring problem - for a very long time. Could you please look into this?
How can I change the language in the application ??? I can't even have an explanation in English when I press 9 when I call 13888 !!!!
It gets stuck sometimes and there where I had 2 tokens today I only had one plus sometimes it forgets you and you have to login aga in.

No English version is a big disadvantage! The app crashes quite often. I had to go to the Cosmote website to top up, because the app was constantly showing the same error on the final step of payment (after the bank card details and the OTP code are inserted) I tried several times with different bank cards. Also you have to keep in mind what is the real sum that comes after changing VAT,e.g. you top up €10 and get €8.93 on your balance - not enough for €9.9 unlimited internet. Please improve UX
The best Application! Easy to use and the Mobile Data and Call minutes are Valuable!
Need more talk to all packages for roaming. Most of the offers are for Greece only
the PayPal option does not work in my case. payment proceeds only with credit card
if you don't use ur airtime or money loaded Cosmote steals ur money / balance left on your account. this is daylight robbery that you are forced to spend money you don't need to. very disappointed. I am from overseas and where I come from u can have a balance on your account for as long as u like and u will not forfeit ur balance. this needs to change especially in today's times where there is no employment. all we need a phone for is to keep connected to our families.
bad experience overall , repetitive bugs, needs restart to work properly, sms with links dont work often and i lost lots of offers bec of that, very bad app
It would be nice if PayPal was working every time and not once in a while. And no my PayPal has no problem as the app suggest. Totally worthless app.

Crashes all the time. Especially when clicking on links or Reload "tokens"
It was recently updated and still no version in English. I have a package that renews monthly and no way to see it or deactivate it. The money topped up expires too soon and if you don't keep topping up they cancel your phone number. Data from packages don't work abroad (EU - Schengen). Would not recommend the app nor the company. Very poor service. Unsurprisingly common in with any greek company/service.
