Made an order at 8.20pm, got a confirmation sms that food will be delivered by 9.50pm. There was no show at 10pm, made a call to the customer service and was told that delivery timing was supposed to be 1020pm. No show again by 1045pm, but customer service was closed by then with no other alternative to contact them. Food did eventually arrive by 11pm, but very unhappy with the lack of reliability in service. Have sent email but there is no reply or explanation to date. AVOID!!
Very bad service. Never delivered on time. App doest allow to login even after password reset. Says 60 to 90 mins while ordering but takes more than 2 hours to deliver.
First time order with WhatToEat...Very good experience. The food delivered timely at my front door. Will order through WhatToEat again in the near future.
I could not sign in using my Facebook account. Moreover, I could not order the food according to the app in my phone for more than 2 times this year in 2018. I am quite frustrated with the technical issue, so please kindly fix this. Thank you.
The delivery time is more than 2 hours. No notification from them that they will be late as well. How can they survive with other competitors who can deliver much faster.
Delivery or cooking was arranged at a time at their own convenience. Totally disregard the preferred delivery time as stated by customer. My dinner delivery was 75 min early. Obviously off peak.
Ordered food at 7.15pm, estimated delivery at 8.45pm-9.15pm. Still no sign of food at 10.45pm. Customer service is uncontactable. Very disappointing and unreliable food delivery service.
Keep saying already have account when I don't have. And why charge Gst again when Gst already has aeon charged by restaurants? Puzzling
The availability of food is not monitored. My recent 2 orders from 2 different places had to be cancelled as they did not have the stock. And what is the point of displaying long list of restaurants when the message perpetually shows "delivery is not available at this time"? For fun??!! Time to be serious and enhance the system!
Crappy app...hangs frequently..even customer support chat hangs...do not install
Not that user friendly, delivery is always late ! ALWAYS ! So pissed off. Minimum order of $30 still... fed up.

Tried this app for the first time. Takes 4 hours for the food to be delivered as against the 60-90 mins that they promise when we order. Lady at the phone gives no clear explanation and repeatedly offers A 10$ voucher. Useless and unprofessional app!! Stay away and stick to the better known apps!!
Had my 2nd try today 5/2. Firstly I was called up & mentioned that restaurant wasn't open but it shows in the restaurant choices. Secondly, I was sent a text saying I will receive my order by lastest 11.42pm. Been more than 30mins & my food wasn't received. Seriously if it's the first time that matters, prepare to get this app out. 1st try on 4/2 & I'm really loving it. No more getting spills on my food. It was tightly sealed instead.
Great app!! My delivery came before the stated time, and was a fast transaction too so when im hungry and lazy i would surely used this app again
It was my first time to try this as compared to food panda. Placed order at 7: 15pm for dinner and never received the food!! Very poor service from the staff wee wee as well at the phone number provided. They do not value or care about customers at all. Dont waste your time and money with them.
I am happy to see some of my favourite restaurants here. The delivery is on time, food arrive hot. No complaint.
Now I don't need to rely on just foodpanda. I like your choice of cuisines and restaurants. Please add more western food and promo of the day.

Not prompt in handling complaints yet use voucher to solve problem. Order night before cme in 2.5hrs late. No apologies from e customer care and their reply to me was they can't find the rider. Offer to give me a $5 voucher for my next order for compensation.worst service ever. My whole company stop using tis app ever since my first order.
Seriously guys, if u have an app and a restaurant tt only uses this app for home delivery atleast answer ur bloody phone. My call was attended to twice and abruptly hung up after i said i wanted to order. It was my parents wedding anniversary and i had promised tt ill get them their briyani. Thanks to you freaking fools i vented all my frustration on them. Seriously pathethic guys.
Worst in keeping up time. The food is never delivered on time even after 2 hrs time they ask for the delivery. In the time I spent waiting, I could have walked my way to the restaurant, had food and got back home. And there call centers are lame. They just put you through an endless wait. I discourage people from using this app. There are better apps there than this. Worst service ever.
