Whats a Gif - GIFS Sender(Saver,Downloader, Share)

it is so amazing!! easy to download.. even if it has a ads but it is doesn't interrupt..

I am not technologically savy. I have sent GIFs before but now the ones I choose are not coming up for a message and I don't know why.
