The new version can be used in several devices and the desktop version now doesn't require the phone to be near. Well done developers!

I'm so pleased to have it as a working tool. It's very handy while dealing with customers. So bad that not many people are detail oriented to see the catalogue by themselves. It will be great it there is an option for auto pop up catalogue with suggestion to customers. Additonally it use to be able to set up prices on the catalogue but found out that is no longer available. That's pitty. It was very useful while we get the product list to customer. Less errors. Overall, good job for dev. Team

Every day I get an error saying the back up couldn't be completed and I face issues opening the app. Tried so many times to restore the old back up but failed most of the times. I lost chat history almost everyday and no solution yet. At the end, I had to uninstall and reinstall the app to make it working. But back up is still a challenge. It's so frustrating.

Not sure what is happening with this app. I have it downloaded to my os chrome laptop and it was working fine until the last 2 or 3 days it will not allow me to open pictures received, send voice notes or take and send pics. I force closed and that did not help. I updated the app and still no luck. Please fix asap. I use the app for business.

It such an amazing experience. Really! I love the features. Its ability to absorb more person unlike the usual whatssap is mad nice! Suggestion: let there be an option to be able to send a broadcast in form of private messages to each contact on a particular. It takes off the manual sending them messages. This option will help create a good business relationship with each contact. They'll feel care for and love personally. It will aid conversion and closing deals!.

Truly Speaking Whatsapps Business is the best App ever. Two days ago I updated my WhatsApp Business. However, I can't now download documents! They keep loading and counting in percentagies and showing the minutes left; that was not usually! May be there is a problem with the developper! please fix the problem! This lastest verson came with problems! Please do something because we are losing. I tried to send an email but i am getting auto messages which are not helpful. Good time.

What's going on?! Can't update or even redownload Whatsapp Business either from within the app or from the Google Play page! This has been going on for close to 2 weeks now. I've complained like 4 times now, all to no avail. I sent an email a while ago but support keeps regurgitating auto responses that are not helpful. This is annoying as I am losing businesses by the day!!! Fix this and I'll give more stars.

The app is good but I would really appreciate if the developer can improve image quality.. Presently even when set at best quality, pictures still looks washed out which is not good for business.. This is a business version of WhatsApp yet sending pictures is really really bad and discouraging. Gave it three stars because of this issue.. Would give it 5 when the feature is added.

It does a really annoying thing when I'm on the phone, on speaker. Whenevr someone is talking to me, if my microphone detects any sounds on my end, it turns that person down all the way. As a result I get very interrupted and incomprehensible audio whenever anyone talks to me, unless I sit in complete and utter silence. Please fix it!!!!

Android shows that there are linked devices(all four), but there aren't. I have already logged out (from phone or web) but still phone application shows that there are linked devices. Can't link another's devices. Tried restart/ clear cache. App is updated. Didn't tried reinstall, too important info already stored..

Recently, WhatsApp Business has been glitching badly on my end. It'll just stop working and you can't send messages, receive messages but you can see that people are online. The solution last time was to uninstall and reinstall the app in which I lost about a days worth of information. Now I'm about to do that again. I hope a solution can be found for this asap. Thanks.

It takes for ever to log out of linked devices. Web.whatsapp logs out but the phone keeps showing logged in. This keeps messages out of sync and no other operation is able to happen. Messages don't delete or back up or get sent! I want to revert to older version single linked devise version to have smooth operation. How do I do it?

Price option for the catalog was removed. When you consider the fact that a catalog from which you can items to a cart and place your order but still have to request the price, it makes you wonder if the people at WhatsApp are just plain out stupid. Having catalog with a cart function but no price is a different level of idiocy. And the reason why I may seem so angry is because I am, the price feature was there, it's in their tutorial video, and yet they removed it from the app. IDIOTS

WhatsApp business keeps stopping, status keep on hanging , am so frustrated I have tried changing the phone, restoring and nothing is working, I can't put any photo or video on my status, it can't go through. It keeps on showing sending. Kindly help.

It is annoying on daily basis. I am unable to run videos. It get stuck when I delete unwanted messages. It hangs the process of sending and receiving messages. I could not reply to my customers which is causing loss of my business. It is getting pathetic experience while using this app.

The app has a great reputation for privacy. I have not used it enough for group members meetings but I know the capability is there. Uploading chats Microsoft for editing was great. I did not see any trouble there. Overall I am very excited about this app.

I run a business and I have been unable to use the business catalogue feature and it's really affecting my business. I have sent various emails to WhatsApp contact info to no avail. I have installed and uninstalled still the same issue.

Incase your WA is crashing frequently.. Read.. App is 5*. Customer Service is - ve. They don't know the product and simply copy paste text which has no relevance.. The wa or wa business crashing has nothing to do with number of contact or phone model.. Its due to corruption in Google Drive.. No amount of uninstalling the app or even phone factory reset will do. Simply change the Google Account on which you do a backup and Viola it is solved.

I give it 2 stars because when ever there is an update,when i update it,it sends messages very slowly sometimes it can not send the messages. I have tried communication with the support help for WhatsApp android but it keeps sending welcoming messages. Can you do something about that. Looking forward.

This WhatsApp Business is really becoming frustrating, I can't view statuses and it comes up blurry, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, I keep restarting my phone everytime, after some hours, the statuses goes back to being blurry. I'm just fed up

This is getting too irritating now. I took a backup a 2 weeks ago & uninstalled the app. Ever since I reinstalled the app, my restoration of chat is stuck at 69% for 2 weeks now. I cant take a backup now as restoration is still going on & can't uninstall the app at this point now as will lose the last 2 week of chats & media. Can anyone plz help.

Since the update and redownload of this app there have been a glitch. My contacts stopped showing and some messages I send don't go through. It might take a whole 24hrs and I won't be able to send or receive messages or know who sent a message to me because their names disappear

Privacy is not working The privacy is not working of 'my contacts, except' in both Profile photo and About option. Whenever I back from the privacy setting, then go to check it, I found that both have been changed automatically into undo.

Whatsapp still remains the best social media platform out there. Please consider putting a button giving you the option to repeat your status after 24 hours or to atleast select how long you want to have your status up. Also allow a edit button. Eg. When you have a typed status and posted it already and find out that your spelling or grammar is wrong after posting, allow a edit button to fix the erroneous part and repost without having to delete and type your whole status from scratch

WhatsApp Business has simplified my life to the point that my business is almost fully automated and I can get clients straight from Instagram and Facebook to my contacts list without doing anything. It's a revolutionary app and it's constantly improving to bring you the best functionality possible.

App has more bugs to be resolved for business features, taking too long to load even on 12gb memory phone reno7p, backup and restore feature of no use, it can't pickup backup from Google drive and not able restore file. Overall just a buggy chat app.

This app is very good and I like how it works. My only challenge is the video call, it's very poor. I have a strong internet service here but anytime I use this app for video call, it breaks continuously.
