it's ridiculous this now I've been calling back home to England for the past 2 years using this app talking my time up to earn those credits to talk with family and no2 it's bringing a line up for customer service and then says no one can answer it it's closed what's the point in this... get it together and get it put back to normal otherwise people will delete the app like myself and will find a new one as many of us have had this problem!!!
Good app. before. But now it kept saying " operation failed, please try again" whenever i tried to sign in. Daily check-in failed. Reward program failed. I'm very upset! I just introduced it as the best calling app. to some friends two weeks ago. Please fix it asap. Otherwise I have to find new one instead.
I deleted the app and downloaded it again. I can not log in again. I have changed new passwor by clean master but the app does not let me log in anyway. I really need help as my credit exceeds 500,000 points. The app has changed the name 2 times, from whatscall to talkcall
I have this app for years. It used to work but now it crashes all the time!! I have over 100k credits and I can't even use it ! I wish I could give 0 stars. UPDATE 29/07/2019 The app stopped working and now I cannot log in. The app got worse and worse.
TalkCall seems to be very irresponsible for any problem reported! I have reported the problem of calling Malaysian land lines all the times without sound being heard, but my hard-earned credits were deducted! I have reported this problem to them previously for two times and today another time, they just could not be bothered to reply! Very Dissapointed at their support indeed!
this app was excellent, used to call family where they have no WiFi internet. about three weeks now. I am unable to spin, the msg I am getting(Operation failed, please try again) I lost all my credit, I uninstalled, and installed again. nothing works
Use to love this app and collect points also by playing games and watching adverts some of which I found quite useful however I had almost collected 500000 points over a very long and I MEAN long period then an update was released I updated and lost all my points. I was so mad and disappointed I uninstalled.
Call rate is too much high and we have to spin a lot of times it's very hard to collect coins please decrease call credit rates. I really like this app but please decrease calls rate it's hard to collect balance
Used to work great but now all I get is a message stating that I am not connected to the server, please download a VPN. But even though I downloaded the one that they suggested, it still keeps saying that I am not connected to the server.
the best application ever very useful and it is a good advert and useful adds. I am really benefit from it my regards to whatcall/ talkcall teams complement of the season.
when it works is a great app. but once in while stops working and you lose all your accumulated credits...also when yoi change your phone, again you lose all your credis...
I'm tired! I play wheels of fortune and watched those Advertisement, in order to collect point. But when i tried to use it. I other line answers me but no voice.. Hear nothing.. But deducting my credit until become ZERO. please don't fix it,.i give 1 stars 😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈
excellent app to have just in case an emergency situation pops up where your phone is off or not working properly you can still communicate with anyone you need to. everyone should have this even just as a precautionary measure
after downloading this app, it worked perfectly for a few days. Then, no more audio and calls are no longer getting through.
Calls are not clear and the most annoying thing is even when my credits is showing like 800minutes of call, it will still be saying I don't have enough credit to complete the call!
At first the App was good even if it's hardly connect,I have more than 3 million credit now the app is not working any more,cant make call anymore,I had to uninstall it so I can install back and log in it wont install or register anymore my credit gone cant make calls anymore I rate this app 0000000000000000 ,
Only aap which is very useful for making free international calls ... U just have to perform some easy things like... Spin wheel to get daily 1500 credits... By spinning wheel i have collected 47000 credits which allows me 6 hours and 30 min to make call china from india... Five stars for this app
I have been unable to do the daily check in for more than a week now, and I cannot make calls. I used to love this app, but if it doesn't get fixed, I will have to delete, even though I have amassed a load of credits. Very disappointed.
I'm highly disappointed, I've got over 700,000 credit on it and I can't use it, it's just waste of time collecting the stupid credit everyday, i got in touch with me them no response, what a waste of time and energy
It is a very helpful app but recently it stopped working and it does not allow me to make calls or to get my daily credits. Please sort this issue out asap... Thanks
I use a dual SIM phone but the app does not recognise my number when I changed the sim. For example it tells me to check in for 150 credits but gives me only 10. This happened after I travelled abroad and returned.
I cannot recieve a verification code to start using this app. It always says verification code is sent to your phone. But i did not get any verification code. Please help

Honestly i love this app ..... but there some few problems that i can't gives you 5 star's. .....please change you're spring limits. ..there only 266 spring limits. ....i never got 500 or 200 credit. ..every time i get 10+thank you.+thank you + thank you +10+thank you. ...i get 20 or gift very rarely get ....the very bad think is that...i just call in BD and per minute credit limit are 560 OMG its so so bad tere was only 266 spring limites and call charges 560 really it's so bad.....and lst timk is please please improve you network service. ...thank u what's call
Great app ! But now I keep getting "welcome back " about 80 - 100 times a day ! Now I have had to disconnect notifications in my settings to stop it !
For months now I can't make calls and for two days now I can't get my rewards star's. I can't also do the daily check in. very bad. so useless now.
i have not been able to login for two days. i have gain over 2 million credits for some years. when i try to login, says operation failed please try again. It wont take my telephone number. What has happened? it took me a long time. i checked in everyday and made a lot of spins . I hope they will resolve this problem. I really like this app.
