WhatsCrop
This app will automatically adjust the picture size to be the maximum allowed without losing any part of it, avoiding cropped pictures.
You can load any picture from your photo gallery or take one with your device camera.
If your picture is not square sized you can fill the empty spaces with a color or a wallpaper background.
You can also set the size, rotation and position of the picture using pinch gesture and sliding the picture.

I gave this app 5 stars, as it delivers great results and is so fun. But, it's crashing when trying to apply the Flip effect, which I believe is in the Professional section..I hope this is an easy fix, so you get those 5 Stars once again. I am using the app on the Samsung Z Flip 3.

It is very useful app for me for setting my Whatsapp Profile Picture without cropping. Either it will adjust in the circle or in the square. If the Picture will be horizontal if we adjust it in the circle it will be slightly round in the sides. Seeing thet is also amazing. It is a very amazing app.
So easy to use and there are no ads. It is super stable, too! A quite useful feature is the re-sizing option with which I can adjust the image's dimensions before the final fit into the Whatsapp circled profile picture.

Less two stars because..this is little bit slow .than other apps..and also there are less background images... It is good.. But not too much..as I have expected..I have to spend more than 15 minutes for only one photo.. It is good..you can install it..

I thought the app is so amazing that can even let me upload my dp with image best sharpness and clarity but unfortunately only increased the image size and left the image sharpness behind😥
