App is constantly bugging when it gets to the enter pin page. once entered, it goes straight back to the page again. can't use the app until the bug is fixed
Registering doesn't work - says there's already an account but then won't send a password reset email. Logging in also doesn't work, says wrong pin, asks you to set the pin, says wrong pin when you enter the pin you just made. Absolutely useless.
Bug where after typing name app still doesnt allow you to click "next", so can't register and can't use the app.
It's not great that you can't even register because of the button glitch so people who really need help can't even get it!
Unusable!!! Cannot click next after putting name in. Seems that has been ongoing for previous reviewers but no solution has been offered
Its keep telling me to enter pin number in one minute.. Its annoying.
Once I log in with my pin , it takes me out again and requests for a pin. Can this issue be solved?
Many of the same problems that others have complained about. Bottom line, won't let me register

- There's no help button, so no way of figuring out what exactly everything does and no way of reporting issues with the app. - When I go into the 'Wellbeing Contacts' section, I can click on one of the sub-categories and there are two issues, the sub-categories aren't actually divided up, so no matter which one I open, they all show every link. And when I back out to the main list, I can't click back into a category until I go back to the main app page But otherwise it's really good
